+ 1 moreCleaned 5 rooms of carpet, partial cleaning of drapes, cleaned sofa, protection applied to sofa, cleaned wool hall rug. I paid a lot of extra money for cleaning they talked me into after arriving just to clean 5 rooms of carpet. They left my sofa covered with dig hair that I spent the next day removing. That cleaning and protection cost me over $300.

+ -1 moretheir add said they moved furniture before steam cleaning my carpet, except for anything with a mirror. I moved the smaller thinks my self , like some plastic drawers, small table, chairs, etc. I am glad I did because they didn't move ANYTHING. The carpet was clean with they left but the next day some of the spots were back. While they were professional, I don't think they spent enough time doing the work. They seamed to be in a hurry to get to the next stop.

+ -1 moreThey do a nice job and their people are nice. I have them coming again this week to clean my grout, my tile work. The service has been excellent. I have used them for at least 25 or 30 years. They have done a great job every time, their people are very nice, they are very careful with everything in the house. I don't reuse people unless they do a good job. They have a $99 special for three rooms and I think that is a good price. I have never had any problems with them.
Description of Work: I use Stanley Steemer Carpet Cleaner when I need anything done with the floors. They clean carpet, they clean tile, they mostly do any kind of floor service that you need to get done.
