Spring Cleaning Services

They were a white tornado -- cleaning up after a sheetrock/drywall repair job! I'd recommend her to anybody. They started with 3 ladies and ended with 7 ladies in the home, cleaning. Because she had a cancellation, she was even able to fit me in the same day I called.

Francisca's crew showed up on time and left the house spotless. We had recently moved from this house and it was our duty to leave it clean for the landlord. TFrom kitchen to windows to the garage Francisca's crew was very thorough and professional with their work. This is the second time we have hired this cleaning crew and they performed once again to our satisfaction.

What a great cleaning service! My old service doesn't even compare!!!

We use this service when our usual cleaning person isn't available. Ms. Salgado is always responsive to my inquiries and does her best to accommodate our schedule. We were happy with the cleaning and call her whenever we need extra help.

I have been pleased with their services. Three house cleaners come out each time. I wish I could communicate with the girls who come out a little better because I do not speak Spanish, but it is not a huge issue. Francisca is very easy to communicate with and is very responsive.

I had another cleaner cancel the morning of our appointment on Memorial Day. I called Francesca and she got a crew to come out same day on a holiday. they were on time and finished the whole house in less than 4 hours. They even swept the garage. I forgot to turn the air on at the house so I feel bad. This team is professional and excellent at their jobs. Thank you so much for saving my butt.

If you are lucky enough to get Francisca herself, perhaps you'll get an A-rated clean. However, she seems to subcontract to various crews - so good luck getting a crew that's good. I started with Francisca - or I should say with her stand-ins - in July 2013. After trying for 9-1/2 months to get a consistently good clean, I finally replaced them in Apr 2014. Some of my specific complaints: * Over that time period, Francisca never once called to see how it was going, never came by to check up on the job. * To reach the crew, i had to contact Francisca who then contacted them. * The reason I had to reach them periodically was to find out if and when they were coming because they rarely came at a time anywhere close to the time we had agreed on. * I never expressed concern about price, only about having a good job done. I said Francisca could set her price once the crew determined what was involved. Instead, she asked me what the prior people charged (who broke mirrors, lights, knickknacks in the course of their 2 years here), and said she would charge me that. * Every visit was a huge rush of activity to get through here as fast as possible. There were always 1-3 things not done or poorly done. * The lead person was always the same but beyond that, ya never knew and it was only toward the end of their tenure here that somebody started telling the new people each time what the drill was here - e.g., don't switch his/her bath products between the two sides of the shower, don't switch all the pillows around, don't stick dirty dishes on top of clean dishes in the freshly run dishwasher. etc. * At least one wastebasket was missed every time; I got tired of telling them each time about which one they had missed the last time. * They slopped gobs of water all over my plank cherrywood floors every time with a string mop. This is so bad for the flooring but I never could get through to them that they needed to use less water or to wipe up behind the mop. * They somehow always disconnected or unscrewed plungers in 2-3 sinks. * Sometimes the vaccuumer did her job before the duster did hers -- or maybe they just never planned to dust that room. * They had no way to reach the top of the ceiling fans to dust so i had to go out into the garden and drag in our ladder whenever that was on the agenda. * Rags were often left here or there, rugs piled on furniture and not put back, mop strings attached to this and that. * They probably sensed my growing frustration so they completely rearranged my linen closet. Now twin sheets and king sheets are intermixed and 20 old dog towels are intermixed with the people towels. Did they do anything right? Yes, many things. Were they respectful? Yes. Did they steal? Not as far as I could tell. Did they break things? Not often. Did they tell me when they did? Never. Given all of Francisca's excellent ratings, I can only say I'm sorry I didn't get her personally. Or perhaps very many people just don't expect much of their house cleaners. The job didn't need to be perfect -- but problems every single time?!! I could go on, but you get the idea. In the beginning, I told Francisca that I absolutely needed three things: 1) someone who is fluent in spoken and written English, 2) the same crew every time (of course there will be some variation but really...), and 3) a thorough job done in a busy household with dogs and with horses just out the back door - a challenging environment to keep clean. In the end, I can't say I got any of those things. But a happy P.S. - I now have someone who promises to be excellent.

I would certainly use this company again. My only concern was that the staff was sent to my home over an hour early and I was not yet fully prepared for them. I explained this and we just worked collaboratively, again the staff was great to work with.

My tenant is says they "did an excellent job." She was responsive and professional on the phone. Could do the job quickly and gave definite promises that she stuck to.

Fair job, but great for the money. They left things very clean and seemed to be thorough. They were acting kind of fast and as such there were a few things that occurred as is usually the case when you are rushing, such as: Left mud on the legs of the step ladder I provided for them. The mud came from hosing off the window screens. They bumped my bed legs with my step stool and left a little ding cause, again they were in a hurry and didn't just collapse the ladder and move it carefully thru the cramped space there. They left water on the tile floor after cleaning the windows with a squeegee where the water drips down to the floor. So overall, things very clean, but rushing and making mistakes. Lastly, the price was quoted at $90-$120, but when done, they said $140. I didn't balk at it cause they were there for 2+ hours.

My kitchen sink and dish drying area was still dirty. Every week they seemed to take less time. I canceled my services with them when iI realized that my sink was still dirty after they left.

Every room was cleaned well. We have a lot of tile in our home and with little kids, it gets messy. They did an excellent job of cleaning our floors. The bathrooms in our home were nicely done as well. All and all, we have used OTHER cleaning services and up to this point, we have been disappointed. Fransisca Salgado's cleaning service is definitely above the rest. We will be using them on a regular basis going forward.

Left written instructions which my daughter read to the team leader. Several things done incorrectly. House was clean but could have been better.

They arrive promptly and went right to work. Knew exactly what to do without being told. Asked me to inspect their work before leaving..I will now have them once a month. I was most pleased with their work and their conduct. I have a clean house!!!!!

Lily and her team arrived on time. Spent two hours cleaning everything in our home. I mean everything. In addition, during first visit 2 weeks ago they also washed all windows and cleaned the ceiling fans. Excellent service, friendly and very reliable. A bit pricey, but worth every penny!

I provide my own cleaning supplies and it is usually three ladies and they are always very professional. Francisca is always very nice and pleasant to talk text with as I have never met her. They are very good at what they do and I am very pleased with the work. They have even came more frequent during the holidays when I requested that service.

Carlos and two women came to my house for an initial cleaning. They thoroughly cleaned everything, including the patio door windows, every piece of furniture, plus all of the items on my tabletops, etc. They even folded some sheets that I had just washed, but had not got around to folding yet! The place looks as clean as when I first moved in a few months ago. I wasted no time engaging them for regular bi-weekly cleanings. They were great!

Excellent job! My wife has high standards for cleanliness and she was very happy with the results, so I couldn't be more pleased. Francisca's team cleaned areas/items that I never thought of - behind/under beds, toaster oven, and they even polished chrome containers on our counter top. I didn't know that some things were dirty until I got home and saw them sparkling. We were fortunate in that we needed service within 2 days and they had availability. They arrived promptly and worked diligently the whole time. The price was right in line with the estimate that she provided over the phone. They were very nice and respectful of us and our belongings. We definitely will call them for housecleaning in the future and refer them to our friends & family.

They did a good job. They only forgot to vacuum a small area rug.

I get the impression they do better for their regular customers. At least, working on a regular customer is why they said they were late for our one-time moving-out appointment. When they finally did arrive, they only did a so-so job. (The landlord complained loudly on our check-out.) I don't think they were really trying very hard, because they kept saying, "It's a rental, right?" I definitely wouldn't recommend this family.

They arrived on time and proceeded to do an excellent job. My windows sparkled. I will definitely hire them.

The first time they came was fine other than that they were 2 hrs late. The second time they came they were very late again (1 hour) and came with a bad attitude and without necessary supplies. When I checked to see when they were going to come the third time , Francesca texted me and said I was too picky (according to her employees) and that they did not want to come back. Period, end of story! No conversation, no nothing! Very unprofessional........

I had used Francisca Salgado's company to do a move-in cleaning of my son's new house. A crew of three arrived promptly for that and did a whole house cleaning, including appliances, and also washed all the windows and screens inside and out for $280. When my son saw how great everything looked, he hired them to do the move-out cleaning of his old apartment. That crew of two arrived promptly and did a thorough job. They cleaned the ceiling fans, even though he hadn't thought to mention that. Both times, the company's workers were clean, friendly, speedy and professional. Arranging the appointments was easy and the cleaners arrived on time. I was very happy with the work done and would recommend this company.

I am quite picky and prefer to clean my own home. But my health has prevented me from getting this done my way. I succumbed to family pressure and found Francisca on Angie's List...impressive comments. Now I know why! I called yesterday, she showed up with her crew today and BOOM! You'd think it was an old commercial for Mr Clean! Francisca did EVERYTHING. I felt like crying. And in no time at all. I now completely agreed to have them come every weekI Unheard of for me. I'll update in a couple of months. UPDATE 2/4/14: I am still wowed by Francisca's thoroughness and professionalism. She and her crew listen to what I want and just DO IT! They are great. Can't recommend them enough
