Spring Cleaning Services

It went very well. The apartment was very clean. They were very polite and efficient. The only negative was late the night before they were scheduled to do the cleaning they asked to change the time of the job. Other than that everything was great. I was very satisfied.

It went well. They really did a good job. The only problem that we had was we had a lot of areas, small areas that they did not pay attention to details. There were things that was left unpolished. But the cleaning was good. So we had a lot of circuses and we had a lot of storage and shelves. So there were areas that were not dusted or poorly dusted. It was just the attention to details that we didn’t like. But all in all, it was nice to get the house cleaned because I and wife could not do it ourselves. However, they were very friendly and very nice. There were a couple of times that they ask to use our equipment like the vacuum because they don’t have one. I have never seen that in a cleaning company before, normally they have what they will need.

Great! There was a team of three and they were very efficient and did a great job! I would for sure use them again.

They arrived right on time and cleaned everything, top to bottom. We highly recommend them.

The. Crew arrived right on time, began cleaning everything imaginable in the house. Even the tops of the kitchen cabinets, inside all appliances, door frames, bathrooms, carpets, floors. They were fast, friendly and cleaned more than I had expected. If you don't use these folks, you will miss out on a great cleaning job.

Wow! I was really impressed! I just didn't expect they would clean so well. They really went above my expectations of how deep the cleaning was.

Wonderful, they did a great job. I called on short notice and she was there the following morning. Their service says no laundry; however, I had a ton of clean laundry on my couch because I'm lazy and hate folding. They folded all of my laundry as well and placed it on my bed. As a whole, my apt hasn't been that clean since I moved in.

I called this company. The house was set to close in the morning, but it didn't close until the afternoon. I had to reschedule several times. I told her I would meet her the next morning at 6am. She had her entire crew there on time. I let them in and took my daughter to school. When I got back, they were all gone and everything was done. They were very efficient, punctual, and courteous. I was pleasantly surprised. They did a great job.

I'm very happy with the services provided by Spring Cleaning Services. My house looks great and the ladies were very professional and did a wonderful deep clean of the house. Scheduling the service was very easy and they showed up right on time.

The initial contact was disappointing. I called the phone number and got a "hello?". Not a professional response. I let that go and booked the cleaning a couple weeks out. The day before I started to get nervous, I had heard nothing, so I called to confirm. Almost all communication was through text messages. They did come out, on time, and the cleaning itself was good, everything is very clean. But, they threw away everything that wasn't nailed down. I had left some toilet paper, soap, etc at the house (when showing a house you want people to have a useable bathroom), and all that was thrown away. Not a huge deal since it was easily replaceable but kind of surprising that they would do that. I was told "one of the helper's misunderstood the directions". While they did a decent job with actual cleaning, I would not use them again. Not a professional service. Nothing horrible, just that there are so many good cleaning services I would rather try someone else.

The service was able to be scheduled very quickly and they arrived on time. The floors were vacuumed and the tile floors were mopped. General dusting was done. While the blinds were wiped off they really weren't cleaned. When I scheduled the service I specially asked if the blinds would be cleaned so this was my biggest disappointment. In my kitchen sink I have a stainless steel holder for sponges that attached mainly with four suction cups. I found one of the suction cups on the counter and another practically in the garbage disposal. Somehow the hook for my cutting board was also taken down. One bathtub I've had difficulty getting completely cleaned. While it's better than it was it still looks dirty. The service was supposed to be "as long as it takes" and they were at my house for two hours.

I am pretty particular and have tried multiple services. This is far and away the BEST cleaning service I have ever encountered! I have used them for over a year now. Francisca's staff are absolutely wonderful. We have teenagers and multiple pets so the house gets dirty. When they leave it is always sparkling clean.They are truly professional, honest and timely. When I have had schedule changes they have been super flexible and understanding. They have also helped me source landscaping in short order when I was unexpectedly having guests. I am really grateful to have found them!

They were scheduled for 12:00 and they appeared at 10:00 just as I was leaving for a Dr's appointment. He said they had finished their previous job early. They returned at 12:00 Speed seemed to be the most important factor.

Francisca Salgado were wonderful and did an exceptional job!

Started out doing a good job. However, after that they started to miss things and were spending less time here. They had to be reminded to clean certain things. Then I never had the same crew. They scratched my new stainless steel gas cooktop. When I mentioned it to the main girl she just "I'm sorry". One of the girls used the same rag to clean the top of a garbage can by my bar and then clean my bar top with the same rag. When I mentioned it to her she said she had used the other side. When they dusted my dining room table, instead of lifting my centerpiece to dust, they just slid it on the table, dusted and slid it back which put a large scratch on my table. I mentioned it to the main girl in charge and all she said was " I wish Francisca would stop hiring new girls". I sent an email to Francisca and told her about these items and that I was cancelling my services with her. All she said was " I "m sorry about that". (Sound familiar) Not very professional. I got the feeling that she has too many customers and instead of trying to keep the current ones, she just keeps hiring girls and training them to make more money.
