They were great! I would hire them again!

This was a big deal purchase. They were terrible. They were supposed to do a deep cleaning and there was a lot of stuff that was streaky when they left. They were supposed to clean the refrigerator -- they didn't do that. They also did not clean the oven. Right after he left we found out they had done something to cause a leak underneath the sink. it was just terrible. I went to call her back and she must have blocked my call or change her phone number. I thought I would not do this anymore. When I first called she first said they could do it today because they had somebody in the neighborhood right then. She said they would be here by, like, two. I said that was great and to sign me up. They showed up about 6:30. I had just texted her saying it was getting too late, let's reschedule. About five minutes later they rang the doorbell. The crew she sent out here were very disappointed. Where we live is kind of a hike from just about anywhere. So we told them that we wanted to reschedule so I rescheduled with her. Then they came the second time two days later. They did a lousy job. The stainless steel appliances were all streaky, they didn't do the refrigerator or the stove and they were sloppy about a lot of things. I told her about this and she said they were having a bad day. Then she said they would come back and do it again for free. I asked her to wait about a week because I was not feeling well and was bed bound. She said just to text her when I felt better so I texted her and the text bounced back. So she either blocked me or changed phone numbers because she did not want to come back and do it for free. It was a really bad experience.

Francisca did a great job cleaning everything. She even purchased a car I had for sale at full asking price. She was very nice and respectful.

There was a mixup on the address. I have 2 addresses associated with my account, when I bought the AngiesList coupon, the system provided my billing address to Spring Cleaning Services instead of the address I used to search for their service. This is despite the fact I chose my second address (not my billing address) to search for services. I did provide the correct address in email while working to schedule a time. But they ended up going to the address AngiesList provided them when the agreed upon date and time arrived, of course no one was home. They immediately called me, took the correct address over the phone and headed to the intended address. Headed to the correct address, they arrived promptly with a 4 person crew and set about cleaning the entire house. They did a thorough and amazing job cleaning the house. They did the inside of the oven and refrigerator cleaned the stovetops and counters. They dusted EVERYTHING, blinds, shelves, things on the shelves, furniture, lamp shades and ceiling fans. They did the baseboards. They cleaned the walls in high traffic places (stairs, near doorways and light switches). They removed some stains from the shower that Comet just wouldn't touch. They vacuumed thoroughly and mopped the tile and wood floor areas. They were both efficient and thorough. Will hire them again when the need arises.

We recently had all our floor tile ripped up and new tile installed. As you can imagine, there was dust everywhere. I called Spring Cleaning Services and we scheduled a date. They arrived 15 minutes late (but to be expected with traffic in the morning). There were 3 women cleaning. I had a list prepared for each room and what I wanted done. Cleaning wood blinds, wiping down cabinets, washing walls, cleaning ceiling fans and vacuuming drapes and cleaning high up shelving. They achieved it all in about 3 hours. Oh, they also brought there own cleaning products and vacuum. Since we have 12 foot ceilings, we provided an 8 ft. and 10 ft. ladder which they used. We are very happy with the results and I thought the price was reasonable.

The provider sent 3 women for my spring cleaning. I explained to them I wanted more then the usual cleaning, I wanted some extras done that do not get done in regular cleaning. They did everything I asked for and did an excellent job!

They were excellent communicators and booked my appointment via text and email which was super easy. I have 3 dogs and put my dogs in playtime so that I could get the home deep cleaned. My home was already 100% tidy before they cleaned a room. It needed a lot of dusting but our home is minimalist- no clutter. I paid 350$ and had our assistant tip them 20$ each (3 of them) so 410$. There were 3 of them and they were there for 3 hours (didn't seem long enough to me at all). So a tad less that 40$ an hour per person before tip. I had to leave a little bit before they were done so I will accept ownership that I was not there when they left and maybe that factored into some shortcuts. When I got home I was not super happy with the cleaning. I sent the owner a video of my kitchen counter. They didn't clean behind or underneath anything on the counter. Under the knife block was gross. There were still sticky spots on the counter. I paid to have all the baseboards done and deep cleaning and found so many things covered in dust. To add insult to injury, our one toilet hasn't been working since they cleaned here. Yesterday I finally broke and had a plumber come to the home to the tune of 150$ and he pulled a sponge out of the toilet that was apparently flushed. I haven't cleaned a toilet in 5 years. They are the only ones who have been here. I don't own sponges. We use clothes that can be washed and reused. So basically 560$ for not an amazing job. The dusting I can over look but the kitchen counter is completely and utterly unacceptable. She did ask me if I wanted them to come back but seriously if you can't clean a kitchen counter correctly or even clean it at all the first time why do I want you back in my home?

I have used Angie's list for various services and have been happy with the results due to the comments given by past customers. So I was expecting an okay result with Spring Cleaning. However, when I was promised that I would be "more than satisfied" by Spring Cleaning I was skeptical. But I want to tell everyone that this vendor was incredible! Three cleaning people came on time and in two hours accomplished everything I had requested plus some, leaving my condo in pristine condition. I have had other cleaning services work with me before, but usually show up with only two staff people and take longer, accomplish less and the condo just didn't look quite as pristine. (For example, cleaning the inside of the drawers and cabinets, dusting off the baseboards, etc.) Although other cleaning places have been adequate, Spring Cleaners kept their promise that I would be " MORE THAN SATISFIED", and I truly want to advertise and market their company to everyone who reads this commentary. You will not regret hiring them.

We moved out of the house on Tuesday (cross-country move) and Francesca and her team came at the appointed time on Wednesday. They cleaned the house from top to bottom - it sparkled and smelled fresh after they left.

I had terminatedArizona Cleaning as their services were fair to mediocre and they treated their clients poorly. As I have a severe back and leg injury, I could not do the work myself. This company came in and were punctual, did an excellent job, could communicate with me,did not make me lock the dogs up (Arizona Cleaning didn't like dogs), and did a stellar job. The house was so clean. They really got me out of a tough spot and I didn't have to rely on my children to clean the house when they arrived from out of town for the holidays. Bless you Spring Cleaning Services!!! Great Spring Cleaning in December for me!!

This was a move out situation and I bought a deal on Angie's. The company was on time and they went right to work. Efficient, friendly. I would use again.

We did the deep clean. Crew showed up at 6 AM sharp, and made the house sparkle. They were polite and cordial, and I cannot believe how clean the house was when they were done. I am figuring out how to do bi-weekly cleanings because of the job that was performed.

They did great, the inside of the kitchen cabinets and drawers did not get cleaned, but the rest of the house looked really good, and it was quite a mess (short sale).

The crew did a great job. I had a list for them as a reference so they knew what I had in mind for tasks to be completed but they far surpassed my expectations. They cleaned my house ceiling to floor; cleaned blinds, shutters, fans, bookcases; they did a fantastic job. The bathrooms were sparkling and it is a big job but they kept working until my house was spotless, I was and am very pleased with this company and the team who worked my house.

Francisca was terrific! She set us services on short notice. She gave us a small break on the price quoted. She followed through on her promise to inform us when the work was complete as we do not reside in the area. The house was properly cleaned. We are extremely satisfied with the services we received and will not hesitate to use Spring Cleaning again or to recommend them.

When the women arrived I asked them how long they would be. Since the house was empty I didn't want to just hang around. They said that the boss would contact me. I asked them if they would be they until I came back after being notified, they said yes. So after a couple of hours I was surprised to receive an email telling me that the women would be finished soon. I was very busy and hadn't checked often my email and was surprised she didn't call me. So I rushed back and they were gone, thank goodness they did close the garage door behind them. The house seemed clean and smelled of bleach. But I did notice that on some of the kitchen counters there was still crumbs on them. Don't know how they could have missed them. When I went back the next day, I noticed that the trim between the kitchen tile and the family room laminate floor was bent, raised. Seemed odd. Only conclusion I could come to was that they used too much water and caused that piece of trim to buckle. As this was a rental, I may be dinged for that and charged to replace it.

I just want the provider to contact me. I asked for them to contact me with a biweekly estimate and they have not done so. I gave them a house key and asked them to contact me for service on 9/16 which is this Wed. Please have them get in touch electronically.. I spoke with Carlos.

I had an emergency situation in that another company I had hired had backed out of cleaning my home, and I needed someone to come clean my home same-day. I was able to contact Francisca the same day to explain my situation. Francisca lent a sympathetic ear and was able to send out her 4 person crew the same evening. The crew was prompt, courteous, and thorough, and did a fantastic job! Would highly recommend and will definitely be using again!

Bought this service through an Angie's List coupon. I was moving out of my house and wanted someone to clean it after the movers had left. Unfortunately, my movers arrived later than expected, so they were still moving furniture and boxes out of the house when the cleaning crew arrived. FORTUNATELY, the cleaning crew hardly batted an eye and worked around the moving crew. They cleaned the bathrooms, kitchen (including the refrigerator that still contained food), blinds, baseboard, mopped the tile floors and vacuumed the carpet. Especially considering the working conditions, they did a thorough job.

They were prompt and did a good job and paid attention to everything I asked them to.

The three-person team did a FANTASTIC job cleaning the house! I needed a "move-out" service prior to turning my keys in to the landlord. They made the house look better than it did when I first moved in!!! They were very friendly and helpful, too. I highly recommend Spring Cleaning Services and will use them again in the future!
