Description of Work: Used them twice.they kept repositioning my stuff in the house. Actual cleaning was OK, not great, some areas they just missed. They answer the phone hello, not company name, makes me leery of whether they are bonded and insured.

Description of Work: The one thing that I pointed out as most important is that the cabinets, shelves and drawers needed cleaning out. I told and showed the team leader what I wanted, she said ok. It was not done, the price would have been worth it for that alone. We were hoping to a company that could come out twice a week, not this one. As a group they were congenial.

Description of Work: There was some confusion initially regarding when we had scheduled the cleaning for, but they were so nice and rearranged their holiday schedule to accommodate me.
