THEY DID A GOOD JOB

I called Francisca and asked if she could have my very dirty house cleaned on short notice. Since I live 35 miles from her place of business, she did not inspect my home but gave me an estimate based on the square footage. She fit the cleaning into a 3-1/2 hour slot she had the next day. A three-woman crew arrived 1/2 hour late. They were very pleasant and worked hard, but my house was dirtier than anticipated. Everything they cleaned they cleaned well. They seemed, however, to run out of energy and/or time and missed a fair number of things. When they saw that the cleaning would take longer than 3-1/2 hours, the supervisor called Francisca and asked her to ask for more money. I paid $50 in addition to the agreed-on price. I think if they had inspected my home before they gave an estimate many problems would have been avoided. Francisca offered me a $20 discount on my next cleaning. I might ask them to come again. I think under difference circumstances they'd probably do well.

They did a very thorough job and were very polite and effective.

Francisca's girls (her terminology) were prompt and friendly. They did a very nice job cleaning the whole house. I have signed up for every 3 weeks and look forward to continuing good service!

Angie's list came through for me again! This company had so many positive reports I had to trust the list. I'm so glad I did! Francisca's two ladies came to my dirty house this morning as I was rushing off to work. I had only a few minutes to show them around and introduce them to my pets. When I returned home this evening, this house just sparkled! I'll be having them clean for me every 2 weeks from now on. You simply can't ask for more. This has to be the best in Phoenix!

Work was average, not exceptional. Expected bathroom and kitchen tile to be scrubbed, not just vacuumed. Suspect this was the "B" team, not the main team who perhaps does better work. No one on the three person crew spoke English so I had to communicate via cell phone with supervisor on phone. Paid $90.00 for less than one hours' work.

It was 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, family room, large kitchen area. They did an excellent job - they were here on time and worked until it was done, they worked for 7 hours. Maria and Patricia work together as a team - they were quiet, efficient and a pleasure to have around. They charge by the visit rather than by the hour. They also charge by the size of the house and they usually do the whole house.

As I mentioned, Francisca is the best, she is always ontime, well I should say she is always early, never late. She is always prepared, extremely reasonable and the nicest person you will ever meet. If you are looking at someone to clean your house, please look no further, your search is over.

Very efficient. Even found a ladder in the garage on their own initiative and used it to clean high places. 30 minutes late, but called to say they would be. We got the impression that Francisca was coming, but she did not; it was several other women. One did speak English. Francisca also said that they bring all of their own products, but when they arrived they needed products and we had not stocked up.

I was very pleased with the work. They called to say they would be a few minutes late and then arrived before I did. They washed windows outside while they waited for me! The three women who cleaned were speedy, thorough, and professional. I found the rates to be very reasonable and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

My husband and I were both THRILLED with what they were able to accomplish and it was so nice to have a clean home! She was friendly and personable, very professional, detail oriented and we'll definitely be using her services in the future.

Francisca and her girls arrived and went quickly to work. They were very thorough. Everything was mopped, dusted or vacuumed. The bathrooms were cleaned with attention to detail. They requested a ladder in order to reach all the ceiling fans and upper surfaces. They even cleaned the stainless steel stove hood and pipe up to the 14 foot ceiling. What a difference her energy and high standards make. The whole house sparkles. By comparison, my house was quite dirty before Francisca came. Francisca will be my housekeeper for a very long time. On each subsequent visit she has noticed little details that she can take care of for me. She has cleaned my dusty silk plants, bug filled light fixtures, washed windows and generally done a great job. I am very satisfied and highly recommend Francisca Salgado.

Slight problem finding me, probably my fault, very polite, fast work and very good results. Just contacted them to clean my new place on a regular basis.

They did a good job for a first time cleaning. I am going to ask them back this week to clean again.

Rosa, an affiliate of Francisca I guess, cleaned my home and did and exceptional job. She is very trustworthy and thorough. I would highly recommend Rosa. I have never met Francisca, but based on her other ratings, I would say that she and her companions are a top-notch operation. I was quoted $75 for 2 people, and Rosa now wants $100 for herself, but she cleaned cat litter boxes, emptied a shredder, and did many little extras that were not expected nor asked for. Francisca is unclear on her operations but was prompt, courteous, and Rosa is dependable and thorough based on my first experience. I have invited her back and met her wage request.

They were early for the job, did an excellent job, had excellent communication, were fairly priced, & were very thorough in their work.

Fransisca's team of housekeepers are some of the best i've seen. They are always on time, organized, fast and thorough. I would recommend their services to anyone.

I THOUGHT OVERALL THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND THEY WERE QUICK. UNFORTUNATELY, AFTER THEY LEFT I NOTICED THAT THEY HAD NOT VACUUMED OR MOPPED THE TILE FLOOR IN THE MASTER BATHROOM.

SHE COMES EVERY THREE WEEKS AND DOES A FANTASTIC JOB.

SHE HAD GIRLS WITH HER TO HELP, WAS ON TIME, VERY PROFESSIONAL, DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. I WILL CONTINUE TO CALL HER WHEN I NEED HER HELP.

MARIA WAS SENT AND HAS DONE WELL. THE PRICE SEEMS A LITTLE HIGH TO ME FOR HOUSECLEANING. ($25.00 PER HOUR)IS THAT THE USUAL PRICE NOW?

I'M HAVING HER COME AGAIN BECAUSE SHE'S VERY GOOD.

SHE IS ALWAYS ON TIME, RELIABLE, CAREFUL, HONEST, VERY COMPETENT. WE LOVE HER AND WE HAVE USED HER FOR 6 YEARS.
