Three woman came out and cleaned for two hours, Did a great job, were polite and thorough. Will hire them again!

Her company does a very professional job. The house looks and smells nice when she's gone.

Her pricing changed after she got here but they did a good job other than that. Even after the price changed it was still pretty reasonable.

On the whole it's fine, but they don't bring any of their own supplies - they want to use yours and only one person on the team spoke English. We had the supplies they needed the first time, but they didn't find them or use them and left us a note telling us we needed to buy more supplies, which wasn't true - they just weren't familiar with the ones we already had on hand.

They arrived on time, performed the work in about 2 hours. I was able to talk with Francesca on the phone. She was supervising remotely but her people didn't need to be told very much. They performed professionally and did a great job. This is a rental home that I manage. The tenants were away so we were able to get the work done with no hassle. These folks are great!

Not good. They got lost and stopped at a McDonald's and wouldn't follow the directions I gave them from there. I had to come and get them. Francisca offered me $10. But when they got to work immediately I thought they would be doing an awesome job, so I had hope and given the check for the full amount. When I got home that night I noticed they had done an OK job. When I went into one of my guest rooms, I noticed black marks in the pattern of a vacuum.I called Francisca to tell her about it, she insisted they used newer equipment and said the girls would come out to fix it. I told her I already had carpet cleaners coming the next day and that if he charged extra for the stains, I would expect her to pay for it. Turns out the marks were cinge marks?! How the heck did that happen?! I know they weren't there prior to them coming. So rather than dealing with this any more, I am putting hardwood in there. She never called to follow up either, I am fed up and will not be using her again.

I am planning to use her again. She really knew what she was doing.

I found Francisca on Angie's List a few months ago. She came out with her crew the first time and did a thorough cleaning. We have had a few different companies clean our house and she was by far the most professional and efficient. She showed up 15 min. early and we were amazed to see that every shutter, ceiling fan, photo and speck of dirt was dusted away. We have two dogs and there wasn't a spot of fur to be seen. Shower doors sparkled and my stainless steel appliances shined like they had never before. I've since hired Francisca to come bi-weekly to clean my 3000 Sq Ft house and they are always on time or early, always do a great job and occasionally do extra things like make the bed up and do the dishes. The girls are always sweet and diligent workers. We are very pleased with this service.

Great. Would highly recommend these ladies for any cleaning job. They showed up on time, stayed until the job was complete, left the home clean and sparkling. Friendly and Francisca is a fluent different languages. She calls her business Spring Cleaning Services on her business card. All for $180! Great value.

She was a hour late. I had to call her to see if she was going to come and she explained what happened. She ended up coming with 4 other people and started right away. My house was a move out clean and they did a great job. It only took them about 2 + hours and the house looked the best it has in years. I would recommend them to anyone. The price was a little more then I wanted to pay but well worth it.

A young woman named Maria and a helper arrived at the appointed time. They immediately set to work and kept up a steady pace until the job was done. I have had Maria back 2 or 3 times and with a little tweaking here and there I am quite happy with the job done. I hope to have her on a regular basis, especially since I have just had knee replacement. I have already recommended Francisca Salgado to my Boss who used her service and was very satisfied. And just last week I recommended Maria to my next door neighbor.

We have used Francisca for more than a year, but her quality seems to be going down hill and her punctuality is worse than ever. She, or her team, are almost always late, if they come at all (expecting and planning on a clean house, and then having them not bother to call or show up, is most frustrating). She speaks English, but if she's not there, good luck communicating. I also read someone else's review about not putting things back the way they found them. In the beginning, she put everything back the way she found it. The last time she was here, our photo wall had every single photo crooked (and not just slightly, one was practically sideways on the hook). There was no care to keep things the way they found them (nick-nacks, pictures, kitchen appliances on the countertops, etc). It's sad that her quality has deteriorated so badly, she was incredibly good a year ago.

They arrived on time, and started right away. It took close to 3 hours, as the house had not been thoroughly cleaned, since we moved in. I was impressed by their attention to detail and how clean my house was, when they were finished. Francisca had quoted me a lower price over the phone, but in fairness to her, my home needed a LOT more work, than she had assumed. She let me know before they finished, that it would cost more. I think the price was fair.

We started a few months ago, ending in May. Quality deteriorated each visit. The crew came later and later each visit, despite requests to come at the original time. Items were moved for cleaning and replaced differently, almost as if it was some passive aggressive little game they were playing. No one spoke the language. Overall, didn't seem to care whether they came back or not, so now they won't.

The work was uneven and overall not impressive, despite Francisca's promise that I would be impressed with a professional cleaning. I left for thirty minutes to give them time alone to clean without me looking over their shoulder. They were hard at work, but judging by which rooms they were working on when I dropped off the check, they seem to have quit as soon as I paid and left. I came home to find the house unlocked! I do not intend to hire this company again.

Excellent!!!! They had a team of 4 ladies & they cleaned for 4 hours. Wonderful & on time!!!

If you decide to use Francisca, you will likely be responsible for following up (a service I think should be provided as a ''given'')

The girls were efficient, but I was not completely impressed with their work in the bathroom and kitchen.

Fantastic job! Things other companies overlook (outdoor storage room, closet floor corners, dusting on upper shelves, etc.) are always completely cleaned by Francisca's team without prompting. One of the best non-cleaning aspects of Francisca's service is her responsiveness and prompt scheduling. My husband forgot to mention the house of guests he had invited for the weekend until Friday morning. Francisca saved my schedule by sending a team out asap the same day to help make guest beds, set up bathrooms, etc. Highly recommend!

I am very pleased with the team lead that Francisca has chosen for me. My house is well cleaned. The girls go the extra mile doing the extras that other cleaning companies do not do.

Francisca and her team have been cleaning my home regularly since I moved there in April '06. They are always prompt, courteous and do an excellent job.

Francisa's crew did a great job in about two and half hours. Two workers arrived first and then were joined by three others. No dust was left on any surface and the kitchen and baths sparkled. They even did the dishes in the sink and made my father's bed.
