Spring Cleaning Services

They arrived early 7:30 for a 8:00. They did not come to the door until we demonstrated we were up and ready to receive them. They required no supervision or instruction and completed the work to perfection!

Four ladies cleaned my 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in 2.5 hours. They dusted the walls, baseboards, ceiling fan blades and wood blinds in all of the rooms. They removed the light fixtures and cleaned those as well. They polished the kitchen and bathroom cabinets and the furniture in all rooms. They didn't just "dust around" items, they moved them to clean. All of the ladies were very professional and asked me several times to oversee their work to make sure it met my expectations. They were late arriving because their previous job went longer than they anticipated. However, they were very apologetic. As soon as they arrived, they started in full force and didn't stop until the house was done. I am very pleased and will definitely be calling upon them again.

Received TXT that they were behind schedule. They arrived approx. 1/2 hr Late. Once arrived I gave tour of my home so they could see what rooms They would clean. I have a 2 story so they began upstairs and worked there Way down. The did a very good job cleaning. They got every nook and crany. I am very pleased. Would absolutly hire again. All were friendly and good cleaners.

They used to arrive at 9am, but I told them in the fall, winter, and spring that they could come any time after 7am - and they come early 8 or 8:30 and are usually done by 10. Overall, I am happy with the service and the gals are very nice and very efficient. There are two areas that I would perhaps like changed: 1: They can only come on Monday - which hopefully we can change if they get an opening later in the week - not a big deal. 2: They clean very well and they leave the house dirt and dust free - but I had a previous cleaner who used to "arrange" things on tables, fold blankets nice and tidy up - these gals do not do this most of the time and I don't want to upset them so I have not mentioned it. The one time I did have a item that didn't look right and I pointed it out before they left - and they were happy to fix it and have done it perfectly ever since. They are also very courteous and quiet - which is a big bonus because I work from home Monday mornings when they are coming to clean and am on the phone the entire time.

Two ladies showed up at 8:00am for the initial deep cleaning. They started in the master bedroom and bath dusted everything, Cleaned the blinds in both room and the ceiling fan vacuumed and cleaned the bathroom spotless. Then they cleaned another bedroom, including blinds and ceiling fan and cleaned the guest bathroom spotless. Cleaned the hallway, living room and family room. Cleaned blinds there and ceiling fans. The final room they cleaned was the kitchen where they also cleaned the blinds and cleaned it spotless. In all room with windows, they also cleaned all the the windows. They finished up at 3:30pm.

The mother daughter team of Nora and Martha arrived early and worked tirelessly from just before 9am to approximately 5pm! I had a plan to start the ladies cleaning upstairs because the carpet cleaner was due to arrive at 11 am and I wanted him to be able to begin cleaning the upstairs where the majority of the carpet was. The ladies were so nice and extremely accommodating when I asked them to stop the upstairs cleaning so they could clean the floors, baseboards, and windows of the three downstairs uncarpeted rooms so the movers (who arrived several days early with the new tenants furniture, etc.) could off-load their van to avoid a week-long delay of the new tenants receiving their goods. I would love to request Nora and Martha for my next cleaning job, however, I discovered that it took it them an hour to get to the house because they drove all the way from the west side of town to Ahwatukee in morning rush hour traffic! Great job, ladies! I highly recommend the services of this company and will use Francisca's company again.

They did an amazing job. Price was right and the product even better. There were able to clean the faucet which I thought I was going to have to replace.

Very professional, reliable, and pleasant. They cleaned my house really nicely. They will clean my house once a month from now on. I highly recommend them.

I called Francisca and was able to schedule at a short notice. I called on a Tuesday and her crew of three was available for the job. The crew arrived on time. Originally the price was $175 but since the bank just gave me 20's I left 180. My husband went back later that day to make sure everything was locked. He made a comment about the garage. It didn't look clean. So indeed, the crew oversaw the garage which was still dusty. I wish I had reminded them of the garage since in some instances it is the first impression to the new- to be owners.Overall, the rest of the house was in good shape.

Called Saturday, scheduled for Monday at noon. Incredible! 3 gals arrived on time and eager to get to work and were done within about 4 hours. This home is extremely difficult to find and I didn't give any directions. Beautiful job. Sparkling. Will definitely use Francisca again. Price was great too.

From start to finish they did a fantastic bang up job !!!! They went above & beyond the call of duty !!! they are welcome back in my home all the time & I will use this team on a regular basis from now on !!!!! Francisca has a wonderful service & a great team !!!!

I requested a deep clean service from this company. The price was reasonable compared to some of the other places I'd quoted. $165 for a 2500sq. ft house. However, be wary about such a deal. I called and scheduled the appointment about 3 days before. I was told that the cleaners would be there between 2-2:30. I called to confirm my appointment the day before because I also had some other questions. When Francisca mentioned that my appointment was at 2:30, I corrected her and said between 2-2:30. She said yes, that is correct. When she said that, I got a feeling that they were aiming more towards the end of the half hour window or maybe even a little late. However, I did not expect for the cleaner to call me at 2:35 and say she was still in Anthem. I live in southeast Chandler, over an hour away. She called to confirm my address, I repeated over the phone and even gave her directions but she still asked me to text it to her. I did so, only to find out that the number she gave me was a land line that didn't accept text messages. My husband was upset that they were going to be over an hour late and we might miss our dinner plans, so I called her to cancel about a half hour later. At first, I couldn't get a hold of her or Francisca. I tried again and she told me she was 10 minutes away, however, when I asked her where she was, I knew she would not be there in 10 minutes. Even if she was, it would be around 3:30 when she got there. I told her that was being an hour late was unacceptable. She apologized profusely, but at the same time she was still telling me it's because my address was bad and her navigation wasn't finding my house. I can't believe how unprofessional this company was. Why would you schedule two jobs that are over an hour away from each other? Did she really run an hour over with her last job that she couldn't make it to mine in time or did they just literally not consider the travel time between jobs? And had they ever considered printing or looking at the directions for the next days jobs before hand? I noticed in previous reviews that they tend to get lost and be late. From reading previous reviews, I expected a little of this but I never expected it to be this extreme. I told them multiple times what my cross streets were, but when she called to say that she was 10 minutes aways, she was still almost 10miles away. I even gave her directions on what freeways to take but she obviously didn't listen to me because she got off on the wrong freeway and never found my house. I was so frustrated with their lack of professionalism and punctuality that I completely canceled the service. I felt terrible that she drove all that way but at the same time, I couldn't let her start on my house over an hour late because I had other plans that day.

Overall great. Francisca did have to re-schedule from 10 to 11.30 due to other commitments but she was very apologetic and gave me a discount accordingly. Her girls worked really hard for 5 hours and left the house spotless. Great job !

I had thought about doing the cleaning myself but gave up and called Salgado's. Wow, was I happy I did! Maria and her sister did a spectacular job. They were fast, thorough and absolutely wonderful. I'm going to use them again to clean the house (especially the blinds) before I move in. I wish I could have them every week! I can't believe what an excellent job they did. What a relief to find someone like them!

FRANCISCA came with her assistant at 7am promptly and spent 6.5 hours cleaning my house from top to bottom. She did a phenomenal job. I came home to check the work that was done and was thoroughly pleased that I called my husband to gush. No small detail was overlooked that even my toilet paper rolls were folded like they would have been in a hotel room. They even cleaned my doggie door flap that was dirty from my dogs. Everything was sparkling clean. I was so impressed that I can't wait to use her services again. I had gotten estimates from Merry Maids, Maids Pro but her estimate was the most affordable and I am so happy I went with her after reading other glowing reports of her services on Angie's List. I called her and she picked up right away and when I told her what I needed she gave me an estimate right over the phone. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a excellent cleaning for a very affordable price!

They left the home sparkling! Fast, efficient, hard-working, amazing crew! Will call them again!

I have a rental house that was pretty nasty after the last tenant moved out and had a new one moving in within a few days. I live outside Atlanta, GA so finding a house cleaner in short order wasn't going to be easy. I called Francisca and told her of my situation. She fit me in on short notice as I was only going to be in town a couple days. The 2 gals she sent got a little lost in finding me, but I had time to spare while they found me. They were very diligent, very thorough, and did an absolutely impeccable job. They were in and out in approximately 3 hours. I am very grateful that I was blessed by Francisca and her ladies. I will definitely hire them again.

Initially Francesca got lost finding my home. After several phone calls I decided it was best to ask her to stay put and I would go find her. This delayed their start time by about an hour and a half. Once they arrived however, they were diligent and efficient. I found Francesca kept her two helpers busy and there was no down time. They moved along together from room to room except for the one who vacummed the whole house. I asked for extra dusting as this home was a recently purchased vacation home and needed a good dusting. They did baseboards with a cloth, doors and large mirrors. They were done in about 2 hours for a 2800 sq foot home. The price seemed nominal based on the other calls I had made, and was told that the next time it would be a slightly less charge.

I give her top grades across the board. She does good work.

I needed someone to clean my 87 year old mother's home. I was looking for someone that could give it an initial deep clean and then schedule them for regular maintenance cleanings. I was hopeful it would be Francisca Salgado. We talked by phone and agreed that her crew of three people would come to my mother's home on Friday the 4th at 10: A.M. She felt her crew would probably need approximately 3 hours being the first time they had cleaned the home. I also made it clear that it was necessary that someone on her crew spoke English so that there would be no commmunication problems. Her crew of three workers showed up an hour late and then an hour after they began two of them left to work on another project. This left my mother with one women, who didn't speak English, to clean her entire home of 3200 sq ft. I called Francisca and was assured they would be back soon to help finish the job. I guess soon meant 5:00 in the afternoon because that's when they finally showed up. The poor women that was left behind worked very hard to do as much as she could do by herself. After about five hours into this "one women marathon" my mother called me to see when this lady was going to leave as she wanted to start dinner. Perhaps I'm funny this way, but I expect someone to follow through on their promises. I would hire the women that actually did the cleaning in a minute if she only would have spoken English. However, I don't think we'll be using Francisca Salgado's services again, and I don't think I'd recommend her services to anyone else based on this experience.

They really clean the house. They are very good and they are my real winners. I have a big house and its thirty five hundred feet. My stove was pretty ragged looking and it now looks like a new stove. I love them. I will use their services again in the future.

They were there for about 6 hours with 4 or 5 people. They did a very good job. The lady remarked that it was one of the dirtiest houses they have ever done. We gave them a nice tip and they were thankful. We will hire them again to do another cleaning after all the workers are done making the updates to the house.
