+ -1 moreFranscisca's crews were running late because they're very busy on Fridays. She called me to explain and I really appreciate that kind of communication. I think there were 5 women here - maybe 4. They did WAY more than I asked them to do. They worked extremely hard and were very cheerful. They cleaned all flooring types, from marble, to tile, to carpet, to bamboo. They did a really beautiful job of cleaning every inch of my house. At the end, I was flabbergasted to find that they had cleaned many things that I hadn't asked them to do. Really, I am amazed. My house, in which I've lived since 1992, is sparkling and smells so good and fresh. Thank you Fransica, Lili and the team.

+ -1 moreWONDERFUL! They come every other week now and have really kept my home clean and organized. They are more than flexible when I have to reschedule, extremely friendly, quick to reply to texts, and always quick to let me know if they are running even a couple minutes late (which is extremely rare). I will use them for years to come!
Description of Work: I am very picky about how my house is cleaned. After trying three different cleaning services, and a couple were the big "name brand" expensive services, to dreadful results, I finally signed up for Angie's List and called them to set up a cleaning appointment. They came the next week and were on time and ready to work. They worked harder and faster than any other service I had previously used and were far more detailed in their cleaning. I have a 2500 sq ft home with some dogs and cats, and there was no hair to be found in my house when they were done cleaning. The house shined when they left. The cleaned and dusted areas that had not been touched for years and there was no complaining or "extra" charge. They picked up area rugs and cleaned under them and dusted under items as opposed to merely dusting around them, and they do it at every cleaning. They are great and I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone!

+ -1 moredespite my texting her the exact time, date and place of appointment, she took another appointment instead. She claimed she got the appointments mixed up , but I would think that the other client would be confused as to why she's showing up a day early/late and therefore trigger her to call. She was apologetic however, my time is very tight and I was waiting all week for this house cleaning, re arranging my entire calendar for her. Very dissapointed.

+ -1 moreI am so very pleased with the work done today in my home. I contacted Francisca and she quickly returned my call and scheduled my cleaning when it suited my schedule. Today, Nora & team arrived on time, was very easy to communicate with, and got right to work cleaning my house from top to bottom. Every room shines and sparkles and smells fresh! I was so happy with the results while they were already only half-way through, that I asked they come back on a regular basis. I have used other services in the past that were only adequate to good; this cleaning was fantastic! I would recommend them to anyone - and already have!!!!
Description of Work: I have a 3000 sq ft home - 2 stories that had a deep cleaning today and they cleaned everything!!! Bathrooms were scrubbed, baseboards washed, beds made, everything dusted from ceiling fans and window sills and more, floors and furniture vacuumed, tile areas mopped, everything was thoroughly cleaned and shines!

+ -1 moreFrancisca sent a team to my home less than 24 hours after I contacted her ~ I can't begin to express how absolutely AMAZING my home looks now! We have a 3500+ square foot house, 2 stories - not cluttered, but hasn't had a deep cleaning in over a year. Her team (Maria & Francisco) poured blood, sweat, and tears into their work - EVERY square inch of my home sparkled. They even cleaned the inside of my trash can!! Every time I turn around I find something else that they worked on. My only regret is not finding them sooner - they are worth every penny!

+ -1 moreFrancisca and her crew have been cleaning my house regularly for a few months now. They have been flexible with my travel schedule and I am flexible with them.
Description of Work: Bi-weekly cleaning of 3000 sq ft, 4 bedroom, one-level house. Vacuum, dust, mop tile, clean bathrooms, blinds, etc. They do a great job, and they do it efficiently. A crew of 2 or 3 arrive and work together (e.g.change beds) and separately (e.g. one cleans kitchen, while another vacuums). They work quickly and are usually done in about 90 minutes.

The previous tenant had pets and the place hadn't been cleaned properly for some time, and Francisca's team left it looking and smelling great. I would definitely hire them again.

+ -1 moreThis was the best experience I have ever had with a cleaning service. They were prompt and unbelieveably thorough. They spoke good English and were very professional in the manner that they cleaned the house. We had been out of town for a month so things were very dusty. They cleaned everything, including corners, ceiling fans, baseboards, inside microwave, stove top (which was mess). I will definitely call these people any time I need a cleaning service.

+ -1 moreCommissioned another cleaning crew that was to start at 1:30 pm. They called and cancelled at 1:39. Now I was in a panic as our Household goods were coming the next day. Quickly got on Angie's list. Read a few reviews about Francisca's business. Telephoned Francisca and explained my dilemma. She did not promise...but told me she would call me back in 15 minutes. Right to her word, she called me and told me a crew would be at my home in 25 minutes. The crew arrived ready to work. Everything was cleaned to my satisfaction. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a true "PROFESSIONAL"

I had a budget of $100 for the cleaning, so I asked that they start with the bathrooms and kitchen (which were pretty grimy as we recently moved in and the house wasn't cleaned prior to our move-in.) We have a modest 3 bedroom house, and they did a beautiful job with everything. My expectation was that they wouldn't have time to do much beyond the kitchen/bathrooms and floors, but they made the house look great. They were very efficient, friendly, and thorough. I will use them again.

+ -1 moreIt went so well, that we have hired them to come back and clean on a weekly basis. The first cleaning was a deep clean and they were here for about 3 hours. The second time they came, still a crew of 3, and were in and out in about an hour and a half. I think the price was very competitive.
Description of Work: I called just days before Thanksgiving and they squeezed us into their schedule. They confirmed the apt., were here on time, came with a crew of 3, never stopped moving, made the house sparkle. (It had been a LONG time and a serious cleaning was needed) They worked efficiently, didn't waste any time, cleaned more than I expected them to and were very friendly.

They did a fantastic job and the price was very reasonable. I've since hired them to come and clean on a monthly basis. They do a fantastic job, cleaning every nook and cranny, light fixtures, stove, microwave, even my coffee maker is sparkling clean when they leave.

+ -1 moreThe two women and one man worked very hard for about four hours. They tried their best to get every surface clean, though the hard water deposits wouldn't come completely off the shower enclosure. When they were done, the windows were sparkling, the stove top and counter tops all clean. My only complaint is that they didn't bring their own cleaning agents, but used what I had on hand. I expected that professional clearners would have all their own (industrial strength) cleaners, but they used my bathroom cleaners, vinegar, and dish soap that I had on hand, as well as my vacuum cleaner. They were all very polite and tried their best to do things as I wanted them to be done.
Description of Work: The three workers did a deep cleaning of the whole house, and washed the windows inside and out. They scrubbed the bathrooms, baseboards, the stove top, dusted, vacuumed, and mopped all the tile floors.

+ -1 moreOverall it went very well. Initially I was somewhat uncomfortable with letting 4 women in my home but they all seemed nice and intent on cleaning. They were in the bedroom where i have clothing and jewelry and they were careful in cleaning around everything. They asked if there was anything that was off limits. They used their own supplies and vacuum. The bathtubs and sinks were scrubbed very clean. They were in the house a little over two hours.
Description of Work: My house was very dirty as I had been away and then I was sick. Four women came to the house on time and immediately began to clean the three bathrooms, living room, dining room, family room, 3 bedrooms and kitchen. They vacuumed the floors and carpets, polished the furniture, washed the floors, cleaned counters and appliances, emptied garbage and washed marks off windows and mirrors. My dog was there all the time and watched everyone. They left after two hours and the house was immaculate. Then three women came back Nov 14 and cleaned everything again, this time for $120. I plan to use this cleaning team every 2 weeks. I found them to be honest, attentive, pleasant, dog friendly and cleaning experts. I am a happy customer!

My mother said they wasted no time and go right to work. They were pleasant and respectful. They did a WONDERFUL job on both bathrooms! Even cleaned lightbulbs! I am very pleased and have scheduled a cleaning every month. Worth every penny for the amount of work they do.
