Horribly. Would never do business with this company. Called on a repair on the roof they originally installed and received a quote of $225 to come out and fix some tiles that fell off the roof. A week later they raise their price to $300, blaming their person who set the appointment up. Manager never called back. They would not document their pricing in an email. They cancelled their appointment . Would never do business with this company in the future.

I have a nine year old tile roof that came with the purchase of this Standard Pacific Home. Two days ago the finishing tile at the peak of the roof fell off into my backyard. I contacted the builder who in turn told me to call the roofing company that installed and warranted the roof. I did that and was told that I needed to pay a $325.00 trip charge since I live in Pinal County and not Maricopa County. I explained the there are places in Maricopa County that are further from their location then my home is. It just seems that the trip charge for a warrantied roof is extremely high. I just wonder if someone wanted to purchase new roof would there still be a $325.00 fee?

They have done a good job so far. They were very responsive when I called. They were friendly when I needed to make changes in the contract. They showed up on time and the initial work looks very good. They actually had to move their schedule up for me because of the rain. Everything I can see looks pretty good. They are 80-90% done. I was told that the price would be so high because they are so good but I didn't find them high. So I would say their price is very competitive.

The inspection indicated that some of the tiles were loose and needed to be nailed. This was done right away. Also several tiles were broken. The service technician had to come back 3 days later, since that particular tile is not very common and they had be obtained from storage.

The roofing job went great and the roof looks great. The initial roofing team arrived on time to tear off the existing roof. Despite being down on staff, one man essentially re-roofed our 2 story house without any delay. From the roofer to the administrative staff -- all have been pleasant and professional.

Specialty Roofing, Peoria AZ, replaced a section of my concrete tile roof and I could not be more pleased. When the first licensed roofing contractor I contacted did not return my call after a two-weeks period, I called another contractor and scheduled an appointment time for an estimate. When the second contractor failed to appear for the appointment, I called Specialty Roofing and received a completely different level of customer service far superior than any I had received from other contractors. In retrospect, I am very happy the other two contractors failed to respond because their failure ultimately led me to Specialty Roofing. From the first call through the completion of the replacement of a large section of my roof that had sustained storm damages, Specialty Roofing provided optimal customer service that far exceeded my expectations. Matthew, the manager I worked with, arrived for the estimate and thoroughly examined the roof from the inside and outside of my home. I was provided with photos of the problem areas and Matthew explained the options and made recommendations. His estimate was thorough and easy to understand and he took the time to answer my questions. When I asked if he could be present when my insurance company adjuster was scheduled to assess the roof, he graciously agreed. His expertise and overall knowledge proved invaluable when the adjuster examined the damage and ultimately made the determination the work would be covered by insurance. The adjuster also told me he was appreciative of the input from Specialty Roofing and impressed with the knowledge that Matthew had obviously acquired through experience. The work was scheduled for the following day and the workers were prompt, professional, worked in a clean and tidy manner, and used state-of-the-art materials including a thermal material that significantly reduces attic temperatures. Even the trucks the workers drove were clean and presented a professional well-branded impression. In addition to the work as scheduled, the workers painted roof dormer vents and fan ventilation ports where the existing paint had chipped and peeled from exposure to the elements. The workers also caulked the corners of chipped tiles on all areas of the roof, which is large and has many peaks and valleys. Since the roof tile is no longer available, I greatly appreciate the attention paid to the small details while providing roof maintenance. When it comes to roof replacement or repairs, I give Specialty Roofing the highest rating possible for customer service, work performed, materials, product warranty, overall customer experience, and price. I recommend Specialty Roofing for any roofing needs and will certainly use them in the future.

As far as I know it is fixed; I have not had any issues with the spot where it was fixed. I chose them because I read their reviews on Angie's List but I don't know if I would use them again. I was marginally pleased with them but I would look around for somebody else if I had another issue. I might use them again; they were not terrible.

They were very professional and did a good job of protecting the perimeter around the house while the work was performed and of cleaning up the whole area afterwards. We had lower bids but went with Specialty because of the high personal recommendations from friends. We were not disappointed.

They did a fine job. They agreed to use some stain and paint I had sitting in the garage (for a long time) which, as it turned out, was unusable. They came back after I picked up new materials and finished the job. I had used them a few years ago to replace shingles on our house and was also happy with that work. In both cases they had the lowest price quoted.

The estimator was very professional. He was very good and knew what he was talking about. I haven’t yet got the work done.

Called and left 2 messages with service over a week. No return phone calls.

We suffered some water damage from a monsoon. Mike and his team came out and repaired all of the affected areas with speed and skill. During the estimate phase, Mike took digital pictures of all of the affected areas so he could show me where they were going to work. He also documented the repairs in great detail since we are in the process of selling our home and needed to be sure that all was in order.
