Description of Work: They were to replace two exhaust fans in bathrooms; repair a light fixture in kitchen; replace/repair a light fixture in the bathroom. Even though I had clearly explained what I needed them to do, they did not come prepared with all the materials they needed. They tried to charge me for materials not used on the job. I had to have someone else replace the bathroom light. They made two trips to my house and still did not fix the problems. I was so upset with the work that I did not look closely at the bill I finally paid. It does not reflect what I asked to be done. I would never use them again.

Description of Work: I used the electrical service of Smartway Electric. We did a remodel and we actually star with tap electric and we get rid of them. They also uncoupled my microwave that was in a wrong circuit in the kitchen and they fixed it.

Description of Work: They installed an under the counter light.

Description of Work: We used this Smartway Electric twice over the past few years (exact dates are unknown at tis writing) and they always provided a written estimate compared to other vendors who only verbalized possible expenses. The written esteems were accurate and no extra charges were applied. They clean up after the job and were always respectful of the customers needs/We would use them again if needed.

Description of Work: Took an old spa out but kept the pad. Put in an above ground pool. We needed a dedicated line with a GFI plug out up against property wall for the pool, and another line & GFI plug over by the pad for a future Spa/Sauna by the Patio. They carefully dug down into the ground putting the lines underground. Very careful of everything they did. They were prompt, courteous, price was very reasonable, done quickly, cleaned up afterwards, set it up to the junction box. Made sure all was working well before leaving. Made sure they explained best way to do what we wanted. We were very happy with their service and their workers. Definitely a good company to use for all one's electrical needs. They have great ratings on their own site.
