Description of Work: They are like clockwork. They are a family team and totally on top things. They have never missed an appointment. They will spray our front and back yard for scorpions and I went out with a black light to check and we have never had a single scorpion since. We’ve recommended them to our neighbors because we love them so much. They are wonderful and so consistent, courteous and helpful!

+ -1 moreWe always get an advance call letting us know the approximate time they will be by. They spray the outside of the house and if we request it, the inside. There are lots of places that advertise that once every sixty days is sufficient, but i disagree. We have them come out monthly during the spring, summer and fall, and then cut back to once every sixty days for the winter. On two occasions over the seven years, the monthly did not kill the bugs and we had to have them come and do an extra spray. They did this at no extra charge.
Description of Work: Shurgard has been providing pest control services for us for over seven years. They do the outside and, if needed, the insdie.

+ -1 moreThey come out every month to do the service as I live on an acre and there are a lot of little critters. They are phenomenal. They show up on their schedule and they are always ready to answer any additional questions. I rate them very highly. I would continue to use them in the future.
