This has been the most frustrating experience I have ever spent $45,000 to have!! Actually the salesman was wonderful, very knowledgeable and informative. Shortly after I signed the contract the big hail storm destroyed my roof. So I got an estimate from this company for the roof replacement. That was done in a timely manner, but one division of the company did not seem to know what the other was doing. That is, they contacted me to do a pre-solar installation and were unaware that I was having the entire roof repaired. Had a problem with the accounting dept as they did not seem to know that I paid for the roof in full. The person that contacted me was sort of snotty. . .not appreciated for the money I had spent. The pre-solar installation was completed OK after the roof was completed, but again the scheduling dept did not seem to have any information about my schedule etc. Now it has been 10 months for a projected 4 to 6 month project and I cannot get any information as to the cause for delay, or when the project might be completed. When I have wrote a letter to 4 of the upper echelon, 2 owners, 1 general manager and 1 sales manager, I had to call a week later to see why I had no response. And I was told that it would be done "next week" but they would call to schedule a time, no explanation as to why I had not been called a month ago when I was also told it would be "next week". And the caution that they would not call until they had the equipment. I am pretty much out of the mood for the whole project and feel this company has the poorest service and courtesy of any company I have ever dealt with.

They did a great job. Excellent design. The roof penetrations were done correctly. They did all the paper work for me, which was very helpful. I would definitely recommend them to others.
