+ -1 moreUnfortunately, it was an awful experience. I live in Pine and had to travel to Prescott to get the work done only to find out that they had ordered the wrong type of glass. I then had to travel to Peoria where the work was actually completed after nearly four hours.

+ -1 moreI broke the windshield on my truck and contacted my insurance company since I have glass replacement on my policy. They referred me to Safelite and they made an appointment to come to my house the following day between 8-12. At 8AM I received a call from the installer and he stated that he would be at my house at 1130 to replace my windshield. He called me at 1100 to advise that he was going to be a few minutes late and would arrive at 1140. He arrived at 1140 and replaced my windshield, vacuumed the interior, and cleaned all of the windows. Installer was very professional, courteous, and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Safelite and would not hesitate to use them again.
