I spoke with Mara who was the customer service representative I made an appointment for today 04-14-23 between 2-4 but I received a voice mail yesterday telling me my appointment was switched to 4-6 I called her back and she told me it was a mistake. I got home today 4-14-23 at 1pm I waited till 330 and was going to call and find out what time the person was coming she called me at 355pm and told me the person tried to call me and let me know he was on his way which was a bold face lie. She then told me that he was stuck in traffic and would not be at my house for another 50 minutes. Very unprofessional and just knowing in my mind she just lied about all the times 2-4 was never going to happen. Would not hire this company for anything.

They haven't done my project yet but they came to my house just a few hours after the first contact to measure & provide the estimate. They ordered the window replacement immediately. Very happy with the speed of which they did this.

It was a great experience. I emailed them, and they responded right away. Unfortunately, the day the guy came to look at my window, I had literally just come home from putting my 15 year old pet down, and was a mess. Bless his heart he was faster than lightning. He measured the window and was gone before I knew it. They came back and installed the part I needed. I felt it was a high amount, but I donâ t work in windows, so I have no idea if that was reasonable or not. But for the customer service it was fine. I recommend using them! Very easy!
