I am very thankful that Red Line fixed me window in an timely matter. I spoke to an actual person. I love that he was so willing to help me seeing that I was so distressed about my window being broken and someone trying to brake in my home. It was a pleasure doing business with the folks at RedLine Windows. Everyone seems to really care about their customers - We live in an older mobile home, so the door had to be cut to fit. Still the installer, James, had to do a little improvising in finishing the trim and he did a great job. Very well satisfied with the whole experience. To all you folks and Redline - THANKS.
