They were easy to reach and punctual. We had one complication due to some confusion at a vacant house, but the problem was quickly rectified. Customer service and timeliness appear to be high priorities.

I got a call from the company in a couple of minutes after submitting my request to HomeAdvisor. We arranged appointment for the next morning. The job was done in less than 30 minutes, or in 23 hours after my submission to HomeAdvisor. I am very satisfied. I got a call from another company in 3 hours, and they charged less, but they were going to repair the window only at the beginning of the next week. So, I decided to pay a bit more for the emergency.

The service was very courteous and prompt. The technician lubricated all the windows. As for the price, I thought it was a little high for the service. Only two windows needed very much other than lubricating. One had a broken roller which they were unable to replace - no part was available for this window. The other window just needed some extra attention to get it to not close so tightly.
