After a home inspection, I had to have a latch on a sliding window repaired. Not knowing who to call I looked on HomeAdvisor and RedLine was recommended and had a good on-line rating. They set up an estimate appointment and when they came out to do the estimate they saw they could fix it right then and there. Excellent service. I will use them again if I need window service and highly recommend them.

This place is fantastic! I hired them several months ago to replace a bedroom window and a patio door screen. Recently, the condo association had the buildings painted and I couldn't get the bedroom screen or window to properly close after they finished. They came out, found that for some reason the painters had taken off the screen and put it on backwards which caused the window problem. They fixed it and I wasn't charged for the visit. I will use them for any window projects I may have in the future and I will recommend them to anyone.

They come on time, are quick, Terry is personable but they are very expensive and want to sell more product- screen doors in this instance. I called to see item could come back out to help repair the existing screen doors and their accountant sent a proposal that was totally unreasonable. Wont call for any other work.
