After checking with Redline and two others, I gave Redline the opportunity to take the sale with a slight negotiation, to which they gladly agreed. The technician came early which was nice for me having the job done and rest of the day to relax. Very courteous and professional. Will definitely recommend and use again if needed.

The job entailed replacing all 10 window screens on my house which were over 23 years old. A very courteous and personable estimator arrived to do the measurements. Then the job was sent to the manufacturer to actually build new screens in metal frames that were better than the current. When they were ready, another very polite worker arrived to install them. They were installed from the outside in less than 30 minutes and the old screens were taken away. There was minimal disruption and everything looks great. I would highly recommend this company for screen repairs/replacement.

Other than it taking up to two weeks to get the screens and slider manufactured the job by the contractors was fantastic.

Took a week to get parts but once received the repairman was prompt, courteous, and obviously knew his stuff. The sliding glass windows are once again 100%. I will hire them again if a need arises.

While the parts I needed were ordered, the company kept in touch with me regarding when the parts were expected, and then called to set up another appointment to install the parts. Again, the techs arrived promptly. Very happy with the entire experience.

It has been a long time since I have experienced the superior customer service delivered by Redline Windows, LLC. The quality of the window is beautiful and the workmanship removing and replacing the old window was excellent.
