RED Line did repair my two rolling doors that lead to the outside. The cost was great and the work was also great. Yes, I would use them again. On a scale of 1 – 5, I give them a 6. They also fixed a handle that had nothing to do with the repair. It was on the sliding door. Nice people.

Joe was very prompt with his responses to my questions via email while waiting for the window to be delivered from the factory. As soon as the window was delivered, the install was scheduled for the very next day. The installer finished replacing the window quickly and did an awesome job. Every employee that I encountered in person and over the phone and email was polite and professional. I recommend these guys. I will be using them again in the future if I need a window replaced again. Thanks Redline!

Took a long time to get two screen door, after several mishaps, one being our fault. Did receive a small discount.

Redline is a family owned business which I would rather work with .They came out and measure for an estimate .Made a final price adjustment when I decided to hire them even though it was higher than the original I didnt have a problem with that because they answered my questions and gave recomendations. At the time of install they had to delay the job due to not having the clips to hold the frames in place.They had other clips that would have worked but i was told that if it was their home they would wait for the clips they wanted because it will look nicer. I originally met with them when I was at my home in Mesa then had to head back to my home state.They were easy to work with over the phone. Great job RedLine

Placed service call. Service person arrived on time and provided quote. I had to call customer service to place order, which they took and ordered glass. I called back a week later to follow-up (they quoted 5-7 days) and my glass had arrived. Scheduled service call to repair. Quick, fast and clean.

Their customer service is awesome! Had some quality issues . . . screens were not installed tightly . . . they had to come back out twice to get them right. They are very concerned about their customers being happy. This was probably an isolated issue, but they mentioned twice about how the products go through an inspection process when they come in, but evidently the inspector was out the day our screen came in, because they were very loose and wavy. Like I said, they did fix them to my satisfaction.

Nice work. The patio door is quite and rolls with ease. Only gripe is the repair person was not given the balance owing for the job. Other than that they were great and the repair was quick and did what was expected.
