Excellent service and work.

On time and professional. Had them replace pane of broken glass on a sliding glass door. The representative was knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Only issue was that in cleaning up the broken glass, he must have dropped his drop cloth out where he parked his truck. Broken glass all over the street and I had to clean it up.

Redline installed a large sliding door into a sunroom with no issues. My experience with Redline was OK, however because I needed construction involving a window into door conversion. Cody, the owner, referred me to another company. The other company was the worst experience I have ever had! Cory May and his crew in my opinion do very sub-par work.

Excellent experience! We have been killing ourselves opening and closing our over-sized, 250lb sliding glass door for years. 5 min after requesting help on HA, RedLine called. Immediately they were diagnosing my problem and giving me price ranges for the work needed. They sent a tech 2 days later for a FREE estimate . Our tech called 30 minutes prior to arrival (as I requested) and was exactly on time. Upon the estimate inspection the tech realized that he had all parts in the van and could fix it immediately. The tech did a fantastic job and passed on all maintenance info. My cost of the visit was right in the middle of the estimate range. The work, customer service, tech service and results were all off the chart. I will be scheduling some more work in the near future. I recommend this company!
