Really bad customer service

I would be very careful hiring this company. They give you a cheap price for installing the Air Conditioning and new Furnace. the furnace was to large for 5the space it went into so Don Wade had his technicians cut the sides of the drywall to get it in. 1. The drain hose should go outside the house. They put it under the crawl space. 2. The technicians put the propane lever against the furnace door so it had to remain on continually. 3. The fan on the furnace was on the slow speed so the coils were freezing up. 4. The flue on the top of the furnace was not put in properly so the gases could go into the house. 5. They also cut a hole in the furnace door. They were out to our house 3 times and said they could do nothing. He has a tendency to lie. I have several pictures of the problems

Their quote was less than one-half of my previous service and there was no high pressure sales. Installation of system was completed within a day.

They came out and gave a quote for the estimated work. I selected them out of the three that gave me quotes. They did an excellent job by installing two new air conditioner units.

Outstanding! We got 4 estimates on the installation of a new AC system before choosing Pro Solutions. Everything they offered from equipment, price, services, through warranty, was superior. The best part is they actually followed through. Neat, clean and courteous service was consistent from beginning to end. I highly recommend this company without reservation.

They did such a lovely job. They gave me a solid quote over the phone and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. The gentleman (Job) showed up on time, did the work efficiently, clean up afterward and took away all the debris. They replaced my thermostat and two ceiling fans. I am so very pleased with this project!

Highly recommend! Our AC unit went out when it was 110 degrees and we knew it needed to be replaced as it had been on it's last leg for a while. Don called right away and came out to the house at 5:00 that evening. He didn't try to upsell us with anything we didn't need and had the new AC unit installed at 5:00 the next day! The install was smooth and the technicians were all very knowledgable, professional, and seemed to really enjoy their jobs. I cannot thank them enough for getting this done so quickly especially with 3 little kids in the house. Amazing company that is very honest and trustworthy.
