This company sent out two very nice people that told me the compressor in my 1 1/2 ton Trane unit was bad and tried to sell me new units for $2800 to $4500. While they were there, I asked them to service my 5 ton AC and furnace. They cleaned the coils on the AC unit and then they cleaned the coils on the wrong furnace. Another company came out and found the compressor to be OK and repaired it the same day and save me a lot of money. Pro Solutions needs to train its people better. The guys were very nice but the diagnosis and work was unprofessional.

The man that came to do the job was not familiar with the older thermostat we currently had. He was in constant contact with the office in an attempt to get the correct wires identified and in the end, was unable to get the unit to operate correctly. Within a few hours, his supervisor did come out and correct the work. It is working well.

There was some dissatisfaction in the amount of noise the blower unit put out. The company was very good in making an effort to resolve this issue but was able to make only a small reduction in the noise level. Several fixes were attempted at no cost but the overall problem remained. OTHER THAN THAT THE UNIT PERFORM OK.

Very professional. Initial bid, gave very concise information and explained terminology that I didn't understand. I will get one more bid, but he's the one I will choose. I like the fact he's "the owner", and you're dealing with someone whose personal integrity is important ! Reading the reviews convinced me he is genuinely concerned about service and customer satisfaction

I'm really impressed with Don Wade and the way he handled the initial process of explaining the problems with the old (20 years) system and why it needed to be replaced. I think the price of the new system (Lennox) was very fair and the installation process went very well. I'm a little disappointed witn the new system in that it's noiser than the old, but Don is working with me to help get that corrected if at all possible.

He was cool and came back at no charge to show me how to fix something I had missed. Mom and Pops business which means he works for all his money, and yet he is willing to help/teach you out simultaneously taking money out his own pocket. Very cool huy

Pro Solutions did a fantastic job. They were prompt, courteous, efficient and clean. Their pricing was quite a bit lower than their competitor, but their product did not suffer. They installed a quality product. I cannot say enough about their professionalism while being in tune with our needs at every step. Their customer service was first class. Don patiently and thoroughly answered all my many questions. Crew arrived on schedule and completed the job without any mishaps. Don came out and checked on status of how job was progressing. Price quoted was several thousand less than other contractors.

I did quite a bit of research prior to hiring this company.I received quotes from four other companies. I felt that the information that I was given was truthful and honest .I didn't feel as though I was getting taken advantage of it was fair and honest pricing. and I feel as though I received a quality product and a quality warranty I would recommend this company anyone who is looking to replace update their system

they took a little longer to finish but they stayed tell it was done. my new a/c works great looking forward to the savings during the hot summer. owner worked very hard to save me money with my new a/c they were the cheapest out of 8 companies I called
