PNP One Care Cleaning LLC

We provided answering services for Paul at PNP One Care Cleaning, and were never paid for the months we spent scheduling all the appointments. We saw so many calls come in from upset customers that would buy a Groupon online, and never get cleaning because no one would show up for the scheduled appointment. When asked about it, Paul said that his business model consisted of offering low cost services in hopes of upselling customers in their home, and if there wasn't an opportunity to upsell, then the appointment would be cancelled and/or no one would go out. This bait-and-switch method is unethical, shady and preys on people who are otherwise just looking to save money, only to be bullied into buying more than they initially bargained for; and the reason we terminated our services for him. After many attempts to collect on past due invoices, sending them to collections, and filing complaints at the BBB, we have yet to hear anything back to resolve the matter - further proving the unethical practices of this company.
