Very well.
Description of Work: The water filter system was clogged and did not work. It was explained to me that hard water was problem. So this was fixed. Then we decided to replace faucets. Eventually we showed him our old hot water heaters and replaced both of them. All have warranties. Good service.

Description of Work: Replaced worn parts in two toilets.Installed a new kitchen faucet .Checked whole house for other plumbing problems.Replaced main shut off piping on the outside of the home.All work was explained before it was started including time and pricing for each repair.

Description of Work: I was charged $344.00 (with taxes) for the repair of my leaking toilet. I feel that was an outrages price for 15 minutes of repair. I will not use Plumbing Masters again or suggest them to anyone else.

Terrible
Description of Work: I called Plumbing Masters after moving into a new home and discovering that the water softener did not work. As price was an issue, when making the appointment I asked for the range of prices for a new water conditioner and installation. The person I spoke with on the phone refused to give me a price range. I was told that there were "all different prices". When the plumber arrived he told me that since they only use one supplier and that supplier only has 1 water conditioner, the price would be $2100. I told him had I been informed of that, I never would have made an appointment as that was way out of my price range and I was very upset that the person I spoke with to make the appointment refused to give me a price. This was a waste of time , and for me money, as I had to take off from work and got nothing accomplished. The plumber waived the price of the service call, but I ended up having to take yet another day off from work to get a different plumber to come install a water softener.
