There was a lot of upwell in wanting to do other work. A bit high pressure. I understand doing a cheap service to get access to more lucrative work, but if the answer is no, then move on.

We will hire him to inspect the units next year for sure.

The actual plumbing work--installation of hose bib and pressure regulator--was performed quickly and I've had no issues over the past 2 months. The whole-house inspection was "free" with the purchase of the hose bib through Angie's List, though the inspection is really just an opportunity for the plumber to recommend additional services at additional costs, including a maintenance plan. I can envision some situations where an inspection would be beneficial, but in my case the inspection felt like a sales job, particularly with regards to the maintenance plan. Overall, the service was acceptable quality, but I was put off by the "inspection" process that followed the plumbing work. For this reason, I would use a different provider in the future.

On time, friendly and professional

They were outstanding. They were great, they gave me the quotes that I wanted and took care of what I needed them to take care of. I had no issues with their quality of work when they provided the service. They were two hours after I purchased the deal and they were awesome. They didn't charge me any additional amount of the quote that they gave me.

The provider arrived on time and was very knowledgable. They were honest and had good communication regarding the unit.

It was advertised as being $38, but it ended up costing almost $300 for the actual service of flushing the water heater because the flushing couldn't be completed without purchasing a new valve for $200. I think the $38 was just to get the company onsite so they could sell you more services. At the least, the $38 should have been applied towards the overall cost that I ended up paying for flushing the water heater, but according to the service tech, the $38 goes to Angies List. I did need a high pressure valve, but the bottom line was over $900. when I was naive enough to think that you could get something for $38. Boy do I feel stupid! I have no complaints against the company itself, the work performed was good, but $38 did not get me anything but a $900 bill.

They were good. They did not do a whole lot of work, but it was good work.

The main reason for buying this service was to drain the hot water tank. The technician arrived without a drain hose with which to drain the tank. He had to ask me to borrow my hose. The technician drained most of the tank, but did not wait for it to empty completely nor did he wait to refill it. After draining enough of the tank, I had to make the technician inspect the heating element because the technician did not suggest doing it. Turns out, the element needed replacement. The technician quoted $268 for a new element. When I called the office I was quoted $175. I went out to buy a new element and I paid $17.53. No, that's not a typo. Of course I had to do the labor myself, that is, tightly screw the element into its socket in the tank and connect the electric terminals. The day after, I received a call from the office. I was asked to rate the performance on a 1 to 5 scale. I rated it a 1 and I explained why. To this date, I have yet to receive a follow-up. My ratings: F for Price because of the (retail) price that I paid, $17.53, and the suggested charge, $268, for replacing the electric element. F for Quality because the technician should have inspected the heating element without being told to do so. A for responsiveness because the plumber called to schedule an appointment within the allowed time window. A for Punctuality because the technician showed up on time as scheduled. C for Professionalism because the technician arrived to do a job (drain a tank) without the necessary tools (a drain hose). Will I ever again use the services of Plumbing Masters, LLC? Will you?

I had purchased a Big Deal for a water heater flush. The technician was professional, and informative. He let me know that my water heater actually needed to be replaced, which he was able to do for me.

The technician correctly identified 2 items that needed repair. I did not use them for the repair as I have a home owner warranty that covered the items. The technician also happened to be a plumber and a newly installed sink was leaking when he was there so he tightened the nut where the hose meets the wall. My wife was there when he was at the house so I did not speak to him, but she was impressed at how he explained the problem and how helpful he was. We would use them again. We also used their plumbing company and they were very professional as well.

It went pretty good. What I did not like is that they package everything up so if you want to have a toilet fixed, they have the parts and labors predetermined. It's like going to a car dealer and the prices are very high, I didn't like that. We went through an estimating process where they estimated a bigger job and that's the part I didn't like because they didn't customize it to me, they just gave me package prices. I didn't like their service at all. But, they were quite responsive.

The faucet was installed fine. The problem concerns what happened after. He said their service includes a full check of the plumbing in the house. That ended up with his estimate of about $1,000.00 to fix all the problems he found. This was a complete fabrication of problems. For example he said our pressure was way too high and we needed a pressure regulator. I told him we had one installed and he said it wasn't there. When I checked later, the pressure regulator was still there. All I needed to do was turn a screw to lower the pressure. He completely falsified the list of things we needed to get fixed. I would never trust this company in the future to do anything on my property, and certainly would not recommend their service.

They’re excellent people and the service man was excellent. He went over everything with me and couldn’t find anything wrong.

The guy showed up when he wa suppose to. Very professional and personable. Checked out my a/c unit and then explained to me what was wrong with it. It was all very simple and easy. I would recommend or use thse company again.

The faucet replacement went very well and done quickly. liked the inside inspection. However, the sales pressure to do some of the inside items was not to my liking....

The Company, 72 DEGREES, by mistake, listed my phone prefix as 602 instead of 623, which led too difficulty corresponding with me. I believe the job was done well, but have no way of knowing for sure. Being recently widowed, I am in the dark about the mechanics of caring for my house. I am still uncomfortable about the supposed $39.00 fee turning into $310. I sure hope the future "free services" turn out to be true.

Thought it went well til my unit which had freon no longer does not.

After purchasing the tune-up on Angie's List, I was called the very next day and got them to come out according to my time frame. All the reps I spoke to were very friendly and professional as were both techs. I had a feeling it would end up being more than the tune-up but considering the age of my unit and its last inspection, I was not displeased with the quote and the work done.

Work that was done was good and I was satisfied. Just too pushy. Recommended a LOT of other work. Gave estimates. After they left and a closer look Im do not agree with them on work that needs to be done. Was told I had a crack in my garbage disposal and with a closer look it is actually the seam on the appliance. Wanted to cut hole in wall because they said Im had a leak in shower. After running and watching it is my kids not closing shower. They seemed pretty aggressive even after I told them I did not have the funds for extra work right now. They seemed to one a quick answer and wanted me to rush into repairs. We are not like that. I like to review things before a decision. I paid $49 for a faucet repair on Angie's list and needed up paying an additional $300+.

Everything went great! The plumber showed up at the appointed time and promptly replaced the defective faucet. After completing the job, he offered a "free home inspection" of my plumbing system. I recently had an inspection and declined the offer. The plumber then offered me several options for continued service for both plumbing, heating and air conditioning. As I had a contract with this company previously I declined. The reason I declined was as follows: 1) When my heating unit was serviced last December, the technician advised that I had another air conditioning service. He told me that the company would contact me to schedule in the spring. 2) According to this plumber, after checking with his corporate office, my service contract expired. 3) I had a plumbing issue last year. I called the company to ask if what I thought could be an issue was correct, they advised that they inspected my home and I had no problem. 4) The problem I thought I had was indeed a major issue (missed by this company). The resolution cost me $3,500 and was corrected by Day and Night Heating and Air Conditioning. The plumber asked why I took advantage of this special Angie's List special. There were two reasons for my taking advantage of the "special." (1) The replacement of a faucet is a simple project that almost any plumber could easily do, and (2) I was uncertain who was going to service my faucet as the coupon did not specify the name of this company. IF it where not for my past experience with this company, I likely would have taken advantage of the air conditioning, heating and plumbing contract, as I found the company's work on my heating unit and air conditioning to be adequate. That said, I feel that the company's personal should be able to tell me when my service contract is about to expire and absent that information the company should have contacted me prior to the end of the contract. Based upon the heating technicians' information, this company owes me air condition service. I honestly do not know if the company owes me an air conditioning service call or if that was done previously as the information I received from the company conflicts with themselves.

He was on time, very friendly, very through.

Service person didn't show up OR CALL at appointed time and I have no confidence in such a tech to service my a/c unit/system. Tech told staff that he tried to contact me (HE DIDN'T). Office called, apologized, and wanted to reschedule. Owner called and apologized but I don't care to have another go of it with their 4 hour appointment window.
