It was fine. Pretty expensive.

Repairs recommended that were not necessary. We had a different company for second opinion and nothing was needed.

Michael (tech) came & gave a quote of $99, however, the discount that's displayed on Angie's list was not true regarding $25 off. I did not not render any services because I was misquoted. I felt bad for the Tech because he drove from Gilbert 60 miles from my house. This company misrepresented.

He arrived promptly. Did the work he described, was very polite, cleaned everything up after he finished. I don't know what else we could expect from a plumber.

This turned out good. They were here when they said they would be. They serviced our air conditioning unit. There were two technicians that came and they were both nice.

While scheduling was not a problem and they were flexible it was overpriced. He just needed to change one thing with the toilet and he quoted about $200. Everything was good except the quote was very high. I also felt like they were using a bit of scare tactics. They needed to come back to fix an issue that came up after they initially came out. They did not charge for coming back out.

That turned out okay. He came out and checked some things. One plumber came out and it took him about 20 minutes. He was nice and affirmative.

Everything was done in a timely & professional manner. We would certainly use them again.

Great job and the work was done quickly. However, I should have taken the anti-siphon off of my original faucet, because the tech left with it. It was only $4 to replace, so no biggie.

Plumbers are expensive and when you usually need them, they can't get there in mind, etc. Well. Plumbers Masters was able to get to my house on-time and help me out with fixing the leaks before they ruined anything. The plumber was nice and the work was done well. I would recommend them.

Everything turned out well. The technician was prompt and professional, did the work as promised, and didn't leave behind any messes. He even wore booties when inside the house.

I had an outdoor faucet that worked still, but the spray was starting to shoot out in a couple different directions, so rather than wasting water when I actually use that faucet-replacing it for $49 seemed like a good way to go.

I had originally purchased a "Big Deal" for a water heater flush and plumbing inspection through Angie's List. Although the office staff was always friendly, there were major problems scheduling the service, including having the technician not show up during the allotted service window . Having waited several hours, I double checked that I was on the list and was told that I would be the next appointment. When the window I was given ended, another hour or so later, and the window had closed and I still hadn't heard from the contractor I called again and was told that I was still next on the list, but they had no idea when the contractor would actually come. They were unable to even estimate whether it would be another hour or more and was told only sometime before 6. I decided I could no longer wait and rescheduled. On morning I had rescheduled for, I received a phone call telling me that they had a lot of appointments scheduled and asked if I would be willing to reschedule again as they were unsure when the technician would get to me. I mentioned that this was already a rescheduled appointment, which the person calling did not seem to have any record of. Finally, the technician arrived and was very friendly and professional. After looking at my water heater he recommended against the service, because of the age of the unit. He was concerned that cleaning the valve would cause leaking or other damage. Although he could not perform the water heater flush, he looked at plumbing overall in the house. He recommended re-plumbing the entire house for both gas and water. He suggested that the older plumbing was the cause for a problem I mentioned that I was having with my washing machine. (I have since had the washing machine looked at and learned it had a broken part, unrelated to the plumbing.) He also stated that he was concerned that the gas lines were corroded. The technician said he would have to come back to provide a proper estimate and I scheduled an additional appointment. Once again they were late for the service window. He did not really look at anything to perform the estimate except to remind himself which house he was in. He then called his manager and had to wait for a response to get the numbers for the estimate. This took an inexplicable amount of time. I inquired into converting my stove to gas, if we were going to change the gas lines anyways. After he walked outside to look at the roof, which was recently repaired by a roofer, he suggested that my roof might need to be repaired because he thought it looked like it was though it was sagging. I think the technician who came to may house was a little overly zealous when it came to recommending replacement of things. My original home inspection and plumbing assessment revealed no problems with the gas or water lines, but I am in the process of getting a third-opinion just to be safe. I did not get the impression that the technician who came was trying to take advantage of me or was at all dishonest, but I think he was overly aggressive in his recommendations. I got the impression that he was a little experienced, and so perhaps he was simply erring on of the side of caution.

I also had him do an Air Condition surge protector. He did a great job.

Service call went just fine. No major work done so not alot to report but tech did everything expected and then some.

The appointment was very prompt and it was a hassle free experience. It was done on time and was done properly. I definitely recommend this business.

Inspected kitchen sink and drains and suggested using a product to keep drains clean with no smell. I am now using the product and bit has removed all the oder that it had previously.

Plumbing Masters provided excellent service. The drain line was quickly cleared, and the video inspection was completed as promised. The inspection showed that we might have a 'belly' in our line, which might be the cause of our problem and is something to keep an eye on for the future. I was relieved that there were no tree roots! The service tech (it's been a while, but I believe his name was Richard) was outstanding: Polite, knowledgeable and efficient. I have already recommended Plumbing Masters to friends and family.

They were very good. They were very professional. They fixed the problems that we had. They were a little more expensive. They sent 2 people out to do the job. They got the job done in about 60-90 minutes.

Purchased the $59 one-year service program. I originally wanted the guest toilet fixed because of constant running. Ended up buying a new toilet for the master bathroom. Also received estimate for new water heater.
