Description of Work: It turns out the service needed was different than the "Deal". They did the job that was needed promptly

Description of Work: Fixed a runningtoilet,drip in tub.drip fixed but i have to turn the shower handles 2 times around instead pf a quarter turn.everone was very polite but i still feel it can't be correctly fixed even though they politely asured me,it was.they came out a second time andadr an adjustment so the handles didn't hit each other but i still can't get a decent flow without turning around twice twice.i fear complications down the line.

Description of Work: We had 3 problems: hot & cold not mixing well in 1 shower; kitchen faucet needed replacing; leak on outside hose bib. | |Shower problem: we were advised to replace head or try to fix it by dissolving deposits with vinegar. The fee to replace the kitchen faucet with a setup we had already purchased was either $160 or $180, in any case seemed high for a unit already on hand. We opted out of that (and husband was able to do the change-out successfully). Hose bib replacement: Done and with a superior exchange. Happy with that! Also happy with the honest assessment before hand of jobs needing done and cost.

Description of Work: They came in for a single drain un-clog special but I mistook the offer as a drain check up. They took the time to check all my drains and then unclogged my master shower drain. All in all, great service and very professional.

I wish I could compare their services to others to see if I got good products and advice. I guess that is what you are for - suggesting reliable companies that do not take advantage of we "old" folks.

Description of Work: I responded to the $39 offer to replace a hose bib. Gabe drained the water from the house and vacuumed the pipe to get it perfectly dry before he put on the new hose bib. He was very professional. I was impressed. I would use them again. (Which is the idea behind the $39 offer where I am sure they don't make any money. I have their sticker on the hot water heater in case I need a plumber in the future.)

Description of Work: They installed the device I paid for with Angies and did it quickly. They made sure it was working properly and that I was happy with the work.
