Description of Work: Service was more of an inspection and not a tune up. The young man was very professional and explained what he was looking at so I may use them when time to get a new unit.

Description of Work: Thought I'd just get a "tune up" on a toilet. But after my plumbing "inspection" I was told I needed over $1000 dollars of work on the plumbing in my bathrooms. Everything that was looked at, I was told there were things I should be doing. It felt like the ultimate Bait and Switch and manipulation... Not such a great first experience with Angie's List!

Description of Work: i scheduled major subsequent work and set a specific time. They did not get a confirmation on cell phone-- I did NOT agree to confirmation and never heard from them again. they blew a $1k plus deal because i did not confirm. Stupid. Bit in hindsight I am pleased I went with other company.

Description of Work: purchased true angies. they came out and ran a power snake thru drain 75 feet. tech said he always uses full amout (75 feet). looked at water heater for leaks, none. and bathrooms. it went good. did not try to sell me anything. did his job and left.

Description of Work: Replaced a broken outside hose faucet. It was quick and straightforward. He then told me about the club program their company offers. I declined but he was nice about it.

Description of Work: Technician was very late but kept me apprised of delay and why. While I agreed to them being an hour or so late it was closer to 4 hours. The inspection was done to my satisfaction and the findings were given to me verbally. I haven't decided whether or not to replace the unit.

Description of Work: Purchased a special offer to have the outside faucet replaced. Also replaced the safety valves in all the bathrooms and kitchen. As far as I know it all went well. Time will tell more. The plumber was professional and thorough.

Description of Work: Dale performed a 21-point inspection of the air conditioner. Dale showed up within the time frame promised and was very courteous. I asked several questions about the condition of the air conditioner. Dale was very knowledgeable and nice enough to answer all my questions.

Description of Work: The technician was prompt, professional, and engaging. What stung was the work that needed to be done on my A/C and the cost. I assume the work was necessary and the price fair, but it was an unexpected hit that left me with uncomfortable feelings.

Description of Work: They did a 20pt.tune up on 2 of my units....They cleaned the coils in both air handlers in the attic and replaced 1 part.They serviced my a/c units outside and showed me potential problems that may cause them to fail..They also quoted me the costs of 2 different SERS,which I will consider.Tech was on time,professional,courteous as was the customer service people.GOOD COMPANY.

Description of Work: Fix toilet

Description of Work: 20 point inspection was performed. The tech proceeded to tell me i had a leak in one of my coils and it could not be repaired because they dont make these coils anymore due to new epa regualtions. Also told me it was illegal for him to put refrigerant in my system because he knows it has a leak. Since then i had two other contractors out. No leak can be found and both said the coil could be fixed and refrigerant can be added. This company tried to quote me for $7000 for a new air handler because of a part that cannot be repaired which it turns out can ne repaired and would only cost a couple hundred. Do not use this place!

Description of Work: They were called out to do a flush of our water heater. The technician did an excellent job of explaining things to us. The work was completed in a timely manner. I would use them again for plumbing work. Very pleased.
