Description of Work: Checked the entire plumbing system . At first identified a problem that could have been costly them after checking further came back and said he had found the needed pressure valve. Such honesty hard to find today. This company is my new go to electric company.

Description of Work: Replace some components the we discovered didn't need to replace. Tech was went to salesmen mode. Suggested we consider purchasing a new A\C from them for $10,000. This was based on the parts he had already or suggested be replace. I spoke to few coworkers and friends who thought price was crazy. Ended up spending additional $75.00 with Home Warranty company to compare on price for a new A\C. The basically said we were on the verge of being taken. That is the tech to sale as much as they parts and\or units. Don't this I received any different from the other company the cold call you right before summer asking to come out and turn up the AC for $39.95. Which is generally hey these things need to replaced and by way you should buy our maintenance agreement so you can get a discount on these parts today and until the agreement runs. I should have known is was to good to be true.

Description of Work: After the employee failed to be able to fix my faucet and put it back together he drained the water heater which I appreciated. Then he did his inspection of all of our plumbing. Using something short of "we're all going to die" scare tactics I was informed that all of our hoses were bound to burst, our valves all needed replacing and we were essentially about to have a water crisis. Having been a DIY homeowner since 1967 I did not take kindly to the exaggerated portrayal of the threat.
