Jessie removed the old one and installed the new in the same day. He was meticulous in his work and cleanup and restoration after completion. He also walked us through usage and maintenance. Fantastic job!

He showed my husband the line to see how clogged it was. then he explained what he intended to do for service. The next day, the service person came and cleaned it out.

This is a great company. Bryan is kind and trustworthy. He actually walked me through the project and showed me what the issue was and how to prevent it from happening again. This to me speaks volumes of his honesty and integrity. He could have just as easily said he repaired the problem and charged me and I would have never have known. A true professional! He is also professional and extremely respectful. I highly recommend.

They are great. They are prompt, professional and extremely competent.

They were great. Lester was the guy and he was awesome. Quality of the work was good. The price was fair.

He was punctual, he cleaned up after himself. He did a good job, everything was installed nicely. He told me $65 an hour and he was only here 2 hours and still charged me for the three hour estimate.

From start to finish it was a total nightmare. The job was supposed to take 2 days and ended up taking 4 and then my problems started. They broke more of my sprinkler lines than I could even count. They broke the pipe to my water softener and disconnected the water main to my back yard. It took me over a month to finally get all of the issues resolved. My lawn and plants really suffered being with out sprinklers for so long. Mike Mcbride is the only thing this company has going for it. I was glad when he got involved. He oversaw the repairs and kept fixing all of the things that they had broken during the initial repair until I was satisfied. I would not use this company again. I paid for a quality job and did not get it. It was a total disaster.

The technician was Jessie Green. ?If Jessie Green left?Plumbing Masters, I would leave Plumbing Masters. ?He is just so great. ?He explained everything to me because I am interested in all that kind of stuff. He was just so great. If he recommended something I would listen to it. ?He is just so great, so professional, and so ethical.

He was a quite nice, pleasant, comprehensive, knowledgeable Plumbing Masters employee… And with little difficulty, he found & fixed our problem !! THANK YOU Robin AND Plumbing Masters ! We couldn't be happier with both of you !! (And again please keep in mind, ONE bad employee does NOT define a company. If you are unhappy with service OR an employee - let them know. Representative was very congenial and recommended other changes.

The Plumber,Christopher, also offered a free scope (camara) of the main drain, however our pipe was to small for the camera. He also checked other areas of the home and gave us some recommendations. Christopher was very helpful and educational in explaining how the drainage and basic plumbing works. I would use Plumbing Masters again and request for Christopher.

They re-ran a plumbing line that was on the outside of the house to the inside of the house. I had no complaints at all.

The workmanship appeared to be fine and the workers were fine. The cost seems too high for the work that was done.

It went well. They got the job done within one day. The scheduling was easy.

I thought the price was high and I talked to the manager and he did a good job. The service was great. I had him change a capacitor. He was friendly and professional. I don't have a complaint with the tech. I felt like I price gouged.

I spent $10000 for the installation and the new unit.

They came out and inspected my unit and told me all the problems I had. They repaired some stuff and they told me it was a matter of time until the system failed. Because my system was 18 years old and rusted. We spent more than the deal amount because the materials costed a bit more. I eventually spoke to them about a new unit.

Showed me that the drain was not clogged and provided a wonderful solution to eliminate the smell.
