Description of Work: Outdoor faucet replaced which was fine. They then did a safety inspection and replaced safety shutoff valves. We had two leaking sinks which they rebuilt. The tap started leaking two months later. Came out and fixed and then it started leaking again. When I called the 3rd time they wanted to charge me $800 to rebuild the tap again. I got a second opinion and had the job done for $200. I would not recommend unless you want to get ripped off!

Description of Work: Purchased a Angie's list deal to replace a leaky exterior hose bib. Asked what the cost would be to replace all of them. Stated they need to have someone come look at it. Never received a price. The service was performed on one hose bib, upon placement they burned the wall wall the torch and its a cheap China made hose valve that is under $3 at Home Depot.

Description of Work: AC went out on Friday in July. I was promised the installation on Saturday. It could not be scheduled for Saturday. They came promptly Monday morning. They installed the wrong equipment inside the attic and had to come back the next day to complete the job. So something that was promised on Saturday was not completed until Tuesday. The unit works great and their work was good.
