They did an excellent job. The installer was very informative and easy to deal with.

As I mentioned, the plumber is personable, polite and professional. I think the first inspection/repair was basically part of the cost of buying a previously owned house. All houses require regular maintainance, but some vendors are unnecessarily pricey. This might be the case with The Master Plumber. I need to do more research on local pricing for these services. They seem high, but they may actually be in the ballpark. I just don't know.

Relocating the water heater with considerable restrictions on space and angles was a complicated job that took the tech longer than expected, but he stayed with it well after a normal day's work in order to get it done for us on the day promised. The "after market circulator pump" solution to our long wait for hot water to two bathrooms, suggested by owner Patrick Cosgrove, was far less expensive than the alternative solution of a "whole house instant hot water circulator," and has been very satisfactory. The technician Jesse also noticed and replaced a leaky connection on an exterior faucet gratis. A few days after the new heater was installed, we noticed a problem on a Saturday morning. Jesse was on his way to correct it before we were off the phone with the office. Owner Patrick followed through with a call to assess our satisfaction and also a personal inspection, after which he arranged for further bracing to make absolutely sure the new connections would remain rock solid under any circumstances. The company's "clean plumber" slogan is warranted, and the booties worn to protect our floors were a nice touch, but far more important, this is a company I feel I can trust to provide us with a job well done at a fair price, and service above and beyond expectations. Plus, these are really nice folks and a pleasure to deal with.

I would used this company again. This was my mother home who is 90 years. He talk with my brother and was very professional. The drain was complete brock. Had to unblock line to the alley which contact with the cilty of Phoenix

I have WELCOMED THIS COMPANY to repair/install plumbing needs since July 2010 and have experienced great service and the highest quality installations/repairs to existing. I have a stack of receipts over 27 years from companies that are very well known about town and they can not touch PLUMBING MASTERS honesty, quality and work! I am now relieved of being ripped off by hundreds if not thousands of dollars for installations that were poor and devices that gave us poor even polluted drinkin water!. These old companies got my money, but I believe in KARMA....plus I believe in never going back to them. PLUMBING MASTERS installations/repairs/ preventative maintenance plumbing is handled for complete safety. It is joyfully obvious the owners have a policy about proper work and code. Today the company sent me Jim Needham Sr. and Jim Jr. to do my yearly check up, I had concerns about my existing r everse- osmosis unit installed in 2006 by a different plumbing company here in Scottsdale. I religiously changed yearly filters on- time, nevertheless, this unit had badly malfunctioned...the bladder gone in the tank. It was not holding two gallons but hardly giving one! To make matters worse, until a person dis-assembles this and takes it out, only then did my new plumbers see it was installed wrong and the backflow from the dirty sink could enter the water stream of drinking water. UGHHHHHHHHHH! Since 2006...thanks to an old scottsdale plumbing company......but wait THERE'S MORE: In addition, I learned that the old system took out the magnesium and potassium in our drinking water OMG!. Current testing has shown reverse-osmosis is literally "dead water".....and since we depend on it for all our cooking, drinking....I am sure it has contributed to a few health issues which developed over the course of five (5) years without having those minerals in our drinking water and a few things unwanted from the original bad install. I tasted a sampe of the new water and WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Our bodies need potassium and magnesium. Without it bone loss and high blood pressure rise! The entire house was checked and the new hoses on the washer are stainless steel. Taking out the old filtration left me with the option of having a soap dispenser so I did that. Holy cow do I have good water, right from my kitchen tap, no "other tap" to push for it...it streams out beautifully. Thanks guys, your great! Hi to Mary and Connie in the office plus Patrick! We've had excellent service from the guys that came out. We've used them several times for a bunch of things. They come right out and they are friendly. Their prices are reasonable. My wife and I are willing to pay a little more for good service. There are probably cheaper people out there but when we get good service we stick with those people. Their prices are worth it. We will absolutely continue to use them.

Erik's professionalism and knowledge more than made up for the past experience. Plumbing Masters is now in my list of great companies to work with. I appreciate the follow up phone calls and making the situation right.

From the beginning the service was exceptional. Cassie took my call and scheduled my appointment. I was given a time window, just a day later, with a promise of a call 30 minutes before the plumber was to arrive. All of that happened as promised. My plumber, Erik, was courteous, knowledgeable, informative, and very thorough. He took care of the immediate problem, checked all of my plumbing connections and gave me information on possible future service. Cassie followed up with a call to make sure the repairs were done to my satisfaction. Great customer service from both employees!! I will call Plumbing Masters again, I will refer my friends, and I will ask for Erik to return for future plumbing needs.

We had a great experience with Plumbing Masters. From our first contact all the way through the repair, they were punctual, professional and knowledgable. They called to set-up a time for an initial evaluation within only a few minutes of us e-mailing them and gave us a window of 7-11 on Saturday. They then called the day prior to let us know we were towards the top of their list so the plumber would likely be at our house between 7-8 a.m. Jesse, the plumber showed up promptly at 7:10 a.m. and was very professional. He was knowledgable and helpful and went straight to work. Jesse was great! He stayed until all of our problems were completely addressed and even moved one of the parts he installed to get a better result. The only reason I gave a B on price is because plumbing repairs are so expensive, but the professionalism was worth the price. It was a pleasure working with a company that values their customers and shows that in their professionalism. We would for sure use them again!

Excellent ! I started over the phone with Mary, who was excellent. Jesse was our service technician. My husband met the owner, a gentleman, who also came to the house as well. Excellent company ! They answered all the questions and gave us options. Would highly recommend them to anyone !

A very disappointing experience!

Arrived on time and completed work quickly and in a professional manner.

This issue took several visits over a three week period. My gas water heater is the back up heater for a solar hot water system. When we had two days of really cold weather, we found out that the gas water heater was not automatically starting up. I started it manually and it worked fine. We called Plumbing Masters and they sent out a technician. He was prompt, courteous and technically competent. He provided an estimate and said he would call for parts and let us know when they came in so he could return to install them. After a week he called and set an appointment to come out and install the parts. He arrived on time and set to work. He removed the old valve and installed the new one. He could not get the water heater pilot light to start, because the electrostatic starter was broken. He had told me that the order person at the water heater company had refused to sell him the starter because they never broke. He called and ordered the starter. It took about a week for the part to arrive at our house and he called the same day to see if it had arrived. We set an appointment for the next evening about 4 pm. At about 3 pm on Friday the office called me and asked if we could move the appointment to Saturday morning. Our technician had been digging all day around a sewer line and was going to be late getting to us. I agreed that Saturday was a better time any way. The technician showed up on time on Saturday and started work. He replaced the starter, relocated a recirculation line on the tank that was installed incorrectly, flushed out the water heater tank a couple of times and made sure that everything was working correctly. He left the area as clean, if not cleaner than he found it. When he came into the house so I could write a check for him he put his booties on. Overall, I thought the experience was very good. I suppose that if it had been my only water heater, I would have tried to speed things up a little bit, but we always had enough water to do what we needed to do.

They quoted 373.00 dollars to install a kitchen faucet that I had purchased at Lowe's. That in my opinion is way too much. If I had knew this in advance, I would never had scheduled them to come to my house. I tried to get a quote over the phone prior to their visit, but they said they couldn't give that over the phone.

They also tried to sell as many other items. I was not especially thrilled with them. I felt as though I had stepped back around a car sales person where they had to call and check the price. I was not happy. The good thing is they came out right away and they fixed it. They had to come back because it wasn't quite right and it was still leaking. They had to come back two times, but they did make it right. Overall, they were fair. Their price was high. It's difficult to grade the quality. This is not my area of expertise. All I can say is there was a leak. After a great deal of time and coming back twice, there is no leak so the job did get done. It really is difficult to judge something that you have no knowledge of. They came out right away. I really felt that there was a lot of they wanted us to sign an extra contract, they got us to redo the water heater and there was a valve on the water heater that needed to be done or it could explode. It was not the kind of professionalism that I would have liked to have seen. I would not recommend them to somebody else and I would not have them back.

They are very professional. The workers put slippers on their shoes before coming into my home to avoid tracking in dirt. I really appreciated that.

We had a tight scheduel at that time and the gentleman was more that willing to do. He arrived on time and completed the work in time so we could make our appointments. I would highly reccomend this company to do any further work.

They are very responsive and very friendly. They are really really good and saved me a lot of money. They are always polite and clean. They also always use booties.

I broke an angle valve off by trying to turn it off. Water everywhere. Called on 23rd. Plumber arrived in 24th within stated time range. All proposed work was pre priced in a master book which he showed us. We agreed on fixtures and job requirements, all pre priced. I thought it was expensive, but do not have any history with others to compare. There were some minor communications mix-ups but plumber called me direct and gave me his cell to call. 1 week later all work was done. Took about 6 hours. very happy with product and service. Still think was pricey.

Nice, polite gentleman came to door and put booties on to protect floor. Looked at problem faucet and toilet and began to put together an estimate. He wanted to replace toilet and pushed purchase of service plan. Not thrilled about that. Final cost matched estimate and honored coupon from Angie's List. But I still thought it was somewhat expensive. Don't know how this price might compare with other plumbers though. They did a good job.

Nothing really unusual about the experience, but isn't that the way is should be?

Right from the start the plumber who came to my home was very professional. He whipped out some plastic shoes and put them on as he came in so he wouldn't get my floor dirty. He really knew what he was doing too. He checked EVERYTHING just as I had expected and wanted. He wrote down his suggestions about things that I need to have done and that is exactly what I was looking for.

They checked all of my plumbing and adjusted my faucets and toilets at no additional charge. They gave me very useful and helpful information about my home and my plumbing systems without trying to sell me a bunch of garbage. They come out whenever I need them and then they actally follow up with me to see if the technician did his job to my satisfaction.
