See above. Have yet to determine if water hammer problem solved but I think so, although there is still evidence of slight water pressure issues. Time will tell.

.Called the shop on Friday around lunchtime and they scheduled a tech for first block Saturday morning. He arrived in the middle of our specified window which was nice. We had a potential slap leak and he quickly went to work. He was able to determine the problem was coming from a pin-hole leak inside the wall. He showed me the problem and explain the cost of the repair before starting. The repair was made quickly and he guaranteed the work. In less than three hours, he diagnosed our problem, made the repair and cleaned up his mess A fantastic job!

Toilet fixed, high price, will not call them back.

Because we scheduled through Angie's List, our service call was only $19.95. Plumbing Masters didn't charge anything extra, and didn't try to "upsell" us. I'll definitely be calling them again!

It took them 6 months to get back to me. When I contacted them they told me that we were too far out and wouldn’t honor the deal.

They were prompt and polite. I was very pleased.

The sink clogged the day before (due to us dumping a bunch of old food down it which in hindsight was not smart). I had just seen the Angie's list deal for Plumbing Masters LLC so called them and made an appointment for the next day (the clog was not critical to be dealt with as an emergency). During the call, I explained that I knew the cause and asked for a price range of what to expect. The scheduler stated she did not have any pricing information. I did not purchase the deal yet as Plumbing Masters LLC website also had a coupon and I did not know if both could be used or only one. The next day Nate arrived and did a great job on the sink. He was very professional, efficient, friendly, and clean (wore booties and laid down carpet by the sink to prevent any mess). Before he started we discussed the Angie's list deal and their coupon and Nate said both could be used. As part of their service a diagnostic was done (not too hard in this case since I knew what the problem was). After the diagnostic Nate pulls out a laminated price sheet with all their fixed prices on it (they call it Straight Forward Pricing, which it was). The reason for my C rating on professionalism is due to the scheduler saying she did not have any pricing information, when it seemed clear that the company does have a very well defined pricing scheme. They could have stated they do not give pricing over the phone without a diagnostic, or they could have stated they have Straight Forward Pricing on a fixed schedule and given me that price, but to just state they don't have any pricing information available didn't wash with what I was shown. While Nate worked I went online and got the Angie's list deal and printed off the coupon. Without both the deal and the coupon the cost would have been about one hundred dollars more, which for clearing a sink clog seems out of line; however I was satisfied with the final discounted price I paid. As part of the pricing discussion I also received their (medium pressure) pitch for a maintenance contract on all my plumbing (annual inspections and whatnot) but once I said no that was it. Weeks later when paying bills I realized I had paid for the Angie's list deal (which covered the service call & diagnostic) separately but had also been charged for it on the invoice. When I called Plumbing Masters LLC they immediately saw the problem, apologized profusely, and immediately credited my credit card for the amount. That shows great responsiveness on their part, but the B for pricing was because I had to find the problem in the first place. Bottom line is the sink still works great, the actual repair service was excellent, and I will definitely call Plumbing Masters LLC first if I have any more plumbing problems!

He was almost 4 hours late and we had another technichian coming. They ended up being here at the same time. Felt the price was high, but don't know what is customary for plumbers. Very polite and knew what he was doing.

Saw special on Angie's List- sent an email and they called within that same day. Set up appt. The tech was very experienced and diagnosed the problem. He made appropriate recommendations and gave us the Angie's List discount. Good service. I would call them again. Plumbing work is so expensive, but we didn't feel taken advantage of.

I purchased a $30 service call and diagnostic package offered by Angie's list for Plumbing Masters and called them for an appointment. They said they would arrive between 2pm-6pm that day, but by 4pm, nobody had called or had shown up. At 5pm, their office called advising the tech was running 'late' and would be coming over soon. Finally at 5:45pm, the tech arrived. Jimmy was courteous and friendly. After showing him exactly what was wrong, he checked the upstairs bathroom for any other leaks which there was none thankfully! By what I was able to see, all that needed to be replaced was the "L" section (or elbow) in the line. I must mention that with the slow leak from the day prior,it had created a large sagging bow in the downstairs dining room ceiling which I had to open up a 3x3 foot section exposing the ceiling with knife to allow the water to drip into a bucket and have the drywall in the ceiling to dry as well. Jimmy opened up the ceiling hole another 2-3 foot section for better access and confirmed the elbow in the cold water supply line was leaking and needed to be replaced. Again, Jimmy is very thorough and knowledgeable about his job, but was heavy with the sales pitch with a lot of other services they offer in my opinion. By this time, it was already 6:45pm and had not yet started! We had to call a family member over to stay with Jimmy while he did the work as we had dinner plans at 7:30pm. We left for dinner and family member said Jimmy was done by 8:30pm! Jimmy left a completed list of other suggested work that needs to take place which I appreciated, quite pricey, but helpful and thorough. However, I feel that if the job of simply replacing the elbow quickly as we had needed after showing up at 5:45pm, Jimmy would have been done by 7pm. I feel A LOT of time was wasted on pushing their deals rather than what it took for the actual work done. I didn't think to replace a small supply line elbow would cost so much... I felt like the service call was more of a sales pitch. Again, Jimmy was great don't get me wrong and got what I orignally asked him to do, but took longer than what he was here for.

The entire process was excellent. I received a call about an hour before the technician was to arrive letting me know he was on his way. Christopher Schafer was the technician that came to my house. Very helpful and friendly. Quick efficient service, left no mess behind, wore the booties, etc.. I would highly recommend Christopher Schafer and Plumbing Masters and will not hesitate to use them again.

I finally found a Plumbing Company that I trust and will use again. I wasn't taken advantage of financially or sold services I did not need. Christopher Shafer was very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done . He was also very courteous and I felt comfortable having him in my home. It will be wonderful to sleep at night with out the toilet keeping me up and to be able to use my sink and new dishwasher without worry about flooding the kitchen.I will eventually be getting a new disposal and I know just the Company I will call and service tech I want.

A young guy showed up on time and was very professinal, but i am not sure he knew what he was talking about. He did say I would need to add an additional 3/4 inch line, which I agreed with, But he estimated it would cost around $1900-$2000 to add the line and have the city come out and inspect it. What? My other 2 bids were in the $800 dollar range and one of the bidders has an even higher rating here on Angie's List. I went with the other contractor.

Paul was very professional and patient. He answered ALL my questions. Prompt service. Clearly explained my situation and offered future solutions without pressuring.

They gave excellent service and guaranteed their work. They gave helpful information for future projects.

I've had a plumbing problem for quite some time and finally decided to get some quotes. Two bathrooms had no hot water to the tubs. I knew this was because of non-use, kids moved away, but wasn't sure what the problem was or how much it would cost. I contacted Plumbing Masters first and they were very professional. Cindy was very pleasant to deal with setting up appt. She set up appt for the next day. Next morning, office called to check if it was ok if tech arrived a little early. Jimmy arrived a little before scheduled time and was very professional and courteous. I showed him the problem and he immediately knew what the problem was. He explained everything to me, showed me what it would cost and I told him to go ahead and make the repairs. In short order, my tubs were running with hot water. He went over all the charges and answered any questions I had. In our conversation, he mentioned they also did AC and I told him I would definitely give the company a chance for that too. He asked if I wanted him to make an appt for me and I said that would be great. He called his office and then told me the AC guy would be here within the hour, and he was. I have to say that Jimmy was very professional, courteous and helpful. And he cleaned up after himself...thanks! When Chris showed up to do an AC tune-up, I was expecting problems (hadn't had my units checked in about two years!) and I was right. Again, Chris explained everything to me as well as showed me the parts that needed replaced. Once I said to go ahead and do repairs, he was on it and got it completed in a timely manner. Ok, so I had to sweep up a little stuff in the laundry room (he went into the attic) but nothing like I've had to deal with before. So two bathtubs and one air conditioner later (although he serviced two ACs), I paid a total of a little over 1200.00, but didn't think that was too bad. The company is good to deal with, they stand behind their work and they're bonded/insured (which as a business owner, I look for that!). So all in all, I am quite happy with Plumbing Masters. I will use them for any needs that arise and would recommend them. Thanks again to Jimmy for a great job and for putting me at ease. He's a great asset. And thanks to Chris for also doing a great job and showing me what was wrong and why things needed done. Also an asset.

The Plumber (Daniel) was very professional and courteous. He answered all questions and was very generous with additional information/education regarding plumbing.

They did fine. They are great. I have no problem. They guarantee their work for two years.

I had totally botched a simple plumbing job, and ended up with water spewing everywhere. As soon as I was able to shut the water off, I called Plumbing Masters and let them know that I had an emergency. They pulled the technician off another job, and he arrived at my house about twenty minutes later. He was able to repair the problem very quickly, and allowed me to use a $55 off coupon. Excellent services.

My garbage disposal was not working, so I called Plumbing Masters. They sent out a techician on the day I requested, and he was on time. They called 30 minutes prior to his arrival, so I didn't have to miss a 4-hour block of work. The plumber was friendly and efficient. He suggested I replace the disposal. I authorized the work, and he installed the disposal immediately. It works perfectly, and I am happy with the service. However, I do not know if he could have repaired the existing one for a substantially cheaper price. The price was much higher than I expected it to be, but I don't believe it is an unreasonable amount.

It was great, they told me exactly when they were coming and called again to confirm they would be there in a couple minutes. Once they figured out the problem they told me the exact details of the costs and asked if I would like the do the work. I agreed and the work was completed in a timely manner.

Great experience. The plumber was able to answer my questions and fixed our leaking hose bib for free. He offered to fix our leaking toilet but after explaining what was wrong, I felt confident to do it myself. He didn't have any issues flushing our hot water heater and didn't suggest unnecessary repairs.

They really made a real effort to get the work finished as quickly as they could. They also attended any issues we had.
