Plumber arrived at scheduled time and was very professional and friendly. Inspected toilet in the swimmers bathroom and recommended replacing it due to it's age. Next he inspected toilet in main bathroom which has had an ongoing leak into the bowl as a result of a bad flapper and possibly a bad shut off valve. Also, water supply valve had a small leak due to old compression sleeve and nut on copper supply line. As mentioned above, plumber recommended replacing both toilets at the cost of $591 each which I declined due to the high cost. Plumber then proceeded to repair and replace water supply valve and hose in main bathroom. He said he would include flapper (this was to be included with the $39 inspection deal) and shut-off valve at no extra charge though he regrettably did not have an extra shut-off valve on hand. Plumber completed work in about 30 minutes and proceeded to inspect water heater, j-traps under sinks, main water supply valve in front of house and at my request, the garden hose bib in my backyard. He wrote up estimates for those items needing attention. In summary, I thought the quick repair job on the water supply valve to the toilet in my main bathroom was priced way too expensive ($211.00) and if you add the in cost of the Angie's List "Toilet Tune-Up Special" at $39, I ended up spending $250 for a minor repair job! I would caution Angie's List subscribers on purchasing these "popular deals" as you are likely to get hit for additional services and materials. I'm mad at myself for spending so much on such a small repair job!

I needed to have a leaking water heater repaired immediately since I was expecting to have guests over within a few days. I had called looking for an immediate estimate and they were able to do it that same day. Mark assessed that the old water heater was beyond repair and was able to remove and install a new one within hours. He had also disposed of the damaged water heater. Everything is as good as new all within that day. Mark was very friendly, personable, and professional. I would definitely recommend to others based on this experience.

The water heater was drained enough to show it really didn't need it because it had been in use for only a few months. He recommended upgrading all the supply lines to toilets, faucets etc., nad quoted a price. I elected not to do the upgrade at this time.

I called to schedule service with Plumbing Masters. They scheduled me an appointment for 6-8 hours later. I took the appointment but decided I did not want to wait all day so I found another service. I called and canceled w/Plumbing Masters. I immediately received a call back from Plumbing Masters stating that they would set my appointment as priority and would waive the service call fee which was $60.00. I took the appointment. The gentleman who came was very polite and explained things clearly. He fixed the issue well. I still think that the price for the service was a little high.

In February this company replaced a walk-in shower faucet because of dripping from the shower head. It is under warranty but the diagnosis was that the shower head is holding water and dripping during the day. The faucet has a lot of play in it and the dripping gets worse. We believe the faucet should have been looked at and possibly a new cartridge installed. We have spent a lot of money with this company and are very disappointed over no resolution to this problem.

One of our bathrooms has had on-going toilet clogging issues. Finally, it wouldn't clear at all with a plunger and my pitiful attempt to snake it failed. Called Plumbing Masters, as they had 24/7 service and got decent reviews here. The service tech on emergency call late Sunday night was already working a job and was about an hour drive away, so just waited for the morning. Got a reasonable show time, and the tech (Michael -- west valley) was very thorough checking all the options for how to approach the clog (from outside clean-out, roof vent, toilet removal). Unfortunately, the clog was on the far end of the house from our only (apparent) outside clean-out and our roof vent was too small. Thankfully, we found a clean-out access port in a nearby closet (it's an older home that was renovated/flipped), which saved a lot of drywall cutting or toilet flooding (toilet removal option ... yuck!). There were several turns to navigate with his snake, but he cleared the line and pulled out a huge rag with the snake. That was probably there from the renovation (6 years ago!) and explains the prior problems! I don't know that Plumbing Masters was the cheapest option for this, but I certainly appreciate Michael's time in properly assessing the situation before just diving in. Happy with his service.

Work was completed. Drain is working.

Gave me 3 options without trying to sell me anything. 1) Price for upgraded tankless installation. 2) Price for traditional water heater replacement. 3) Estimated that my existing water heater was in good shape and had at least another 3 years of service left. I decided that I had some time before I needed to upgrade, so I did not have any work done. However, 20 minutes after the plumber left the owner of the company called to make sure I was happy with my service call. I was very impressed, and will keep their phone # on file for future plumbing needs.

Service man was very professional had all tools and material in his van. Was very knowledgeable about the problem and left the work area clean.

My only complaint is he didn't have the part(s) so he had to go get them - which took approximately an hour and a half. I thought the price was too high for what he did. It was a simple fix - which took a simple part so he should have had it on his truck.

Professional. It is difficult to think the repairs really were worth that much, however they are attentive, clean courteous and explain things well.

They were able to take care of our problem and get our dryer back where it was running great.

Seemed to work well. Got the clog out immediately. Did a follow up the next day with a drain camera.

Plumbing Masters took 3 months to get us a quote to fix our septic system. It took 6 calls from me to finally get someone out with a quote. Finally they had made an appointment to come out one day from between 9 am to 2 pm. I stayed home from 9 am-2 pm. At 2 pm their office called and said someone would be out at 3. I told them that would not work since I had a prior commitment that day at 3 pm. The representative who came out at the next appointment gave us a quote for $42,000 to dig a new septic tank, put in some leaching lines and fill a well. He said it could cost up to 52,000 the digging became problematic. My husband and I had been expecting a quote around of 8,000 dollars for the work. When I told him that we did not have that kind of money he said they had a payment plan and that we should make our decision soon because the prices would go up. He also said that our septic would continue to fill up and that we should act soon to repair the problem. I felt uncomfortable with his choice of words as they sounded like high pressure sales. I asked him to email me a written quote. His supervisor mailed me the written quote the next day. It was a detailed quote, again for 42,000-52,000 dollars. When I looked for the address on the quote it was for a different property; a much older, bigger and more expensive property than ours! When I informed them of their mistake I never heard back with an apology.

Excellent communication - was here to give estimate at scheduled time. After contracting for the work, there were some extra steps in taking out my old system, but Terry coordinated everything and within a few hours after uninstalling my old system, he had my new system up and running. Price much more reasonable than Culligan and the product seems just as quality. I have used them before for my water softener, hot water heater, and some plumbing problems and have always been highly impressed with them. Good follow-up for quality control too. Thanks!

He removed the p-trap. He washed the p-trap. He replaced the p-trap.

He just took a look at some things and basically said it was okay.

It worked out fine. I think I just got an estimate from him, I don't think we ended spending more.

They’re very professional and friendly. Customer Service is important to them and they explained everything the whole way through. They’re a little on the high end but well worth the money spent.

There weren't any additional charges, but they tried really hard. It was the first time that I've been using them. They did fine, he did a good job and the pricing was good. I'm not sure if I would use them again just because of them trying to sell me stuff I really didn't need. But if the choices were limited, I would use them again.

Do wear booties in and around house. Technician was on time, pleasant, efficient.

Went well. Tech also recapped off one of the irrigation heads that was still leaking from the last visit for free. Tech was punctual, pleasant, cleaned up after self.

WE DID NOT PASS INSPECTION! Wrong type of pipe was use for outdoors, pipe was not properly wrapped with tape etc. When we did not pass inpsection Plumbing Masters sent two different employees to correct all the mistakes and they had made several comments about this was done by another employee and we should have him back. Keeping the other contractors waiting for this inspection to pass I FIRED PLUMBING MASTERS on the spot called KERNS PLUMBING. KERNS PLUMBING came the next day, fixed all the issues and needless to say WE PASSED.

He fixed a minor plumbing issue while he was out at our rental property. He did a great job and was very professional.
