Terry Hind was very professional. He flushed the water heater and checked all of the house plumbing. He replaced the cartridge in the kitchen faucet (which had been dripping), found that two of the bathroom emergency shut-offs were bad and installed new ones and installed new washing machine hoses. While I thought the price was pretty high, the work done was great and I am very satisfied with the results.

Since the office called this morning and said Terry would be arriving between 8:30 and 9AM, I was surprised that he arrived at 9:30 which was the original schedule. ? I showed him which faucet needed replacing. He did not have one the correct size so he left for a short time to get one and replaced it quickly. He spent time inspecting our plumbing thoroughly and took the time showing me what each issue was and gave me a priority to get it fixed. He wrote up a clear estimate for the fixes. Terry was very professional and easy to talk to.

Terry H. arrived on time explained my options and pricing. Once given the green light he was quick and efficient while maintaining a professional yet personable approach. I highly recommend and certainly wouldn't hesitate to use him again!

He was here for our entire Saturday. It was horrible. He said we needed a pressure gage installed, we needed this, we needed that, we didn't know what to do so we agreed and paid it. We had in no way planned to spend 1800 that day. It was terrible experience. The copy of the bill he left us is illegible. It's hard to read even one word of it. It's a carbon copy and his handwriting is terrible. I'm sure that is on purpose. We will NEVER call them again.

It was a good deal. They did a good job. He came in and did it and checked all of the other drains.

The inspection was scheduled for Friday "sometime between 8:00 am and 1:00 pm?. At 12:30 I received a call from the office and I was told "we did not forget about you, you are next on the list". At 2:00 pm I get a call telling me the technician was approximately 30 minutes away from my house. The technician finally arrived at 3:15 pm. He did the flush of the water heater and inspected the rest of the house. After the inspection he presented me with an Invoice suggesting over $1,200 worth of repairs that he ?recommended? throughout the house. I was then instructed to sign the form in two places. I did not notice until after I signed my second signature (under acceptance of work preformed), that there was the statement ?only sign when you are 100% satisfied with our work?. If I had seen that part before I signed, I would not have signed that section of the form. To add insult to injury, the technician forgot to turn the water heater back on in the fuse box. We had cold showers for two days before we figured it out. I believe that the purpose of these inspections is to suggest repairs, and offer to do the work that day at a reduced cost. That is why they give you such a big window of time when they schedule. They do not know how long the technician will be at each job. In addition to my concerns, I do want to mention that the staff members on the phone, and the technician were polite and professional at all times.

It was pushy and the people are unprofessional.

It went great! Rudy and Drew were timely, professional, very friendly, and explained things to me as they went through the step by step inspection. They identified that the contactor was going bad, showing me the difference between a good one and the one I had and shared with me the reasons why it needed to be changed. They also fixed a few items that a previous service provider must have done incorrectly (prior to my owning the home). They also shared with me some times for maintaining my system better and things that could reduce costs. I will definitely use them again for any air conditioning needs I have.

Professional appearance & extremely clean. Wore shoe covers. But owner phoned technician to ask if I purchased $1500 whole house service so the upsell was determined prior to the call . That bothered me. Unfortunately, the service was a waste of money as it did not solve problem. I gave points to the friendliness and effort of the technician.

Before the worker even began work, we were told we needed a new toilet - and they could sell us one for $750.00. My husband quite firmly stated we only wanted the tune-up. We felt this was more of an attempt to up-sell services and merchandise (did I mention the toilet was quoted at $750?) rather than perform the work requested. Unfortunately for this company, my husband and I had been discussing remodeling the other bathroom in this house. We would not consider this company due to the practices used. Also we felt the prices quotes for the limited materials mentioned were far too high (did I mention $750 for a toilet?).

I think Plumbing Masters is a good company and the plumber who came out to my home was very friendly and efficient and helped educate me about my hot water heater. That being said, they arrived at my house at 7:20 in the evening. Had I not called them at 4 p.m. to see where they were, I may not have heard from anyone at the company. That is an extremely large window (1-7) for service but I should have gone with my gut and gone with someone else. I did not have an emergency but I did have an appointment. I used 3 hours of vacation and sat at home for 6.5 hours waiting for these people. I was pretty annoyed.

Great. They accommodated an appt cancellation and were great when they showed up at the new appt time. Flushed my hot water heater, inspected my plumbing and found some minor problems. Offered solutions as well as an estimate for repairs. I opted for none of the above, but found what they did for me to be very helpful.

Overall experience was professional and courteous. Our technician was named Mark. He was very knowledgeable and explained things clearly. In addition, he showed where the problems were located before starting & recommending a repair. Very energetic guy!

My drain seems to be working now without the backup caused by some hair!

It didn't go. I was never contacted by the provider after waiting 5 days so I cancelled the service.

Although John arrived a little later than I expected, he did a fantastic job for me. The drain was really bad, and John worked for several hours to get it unclogged. He didn't stop until the job was done. I was very impressed and will use Plumbing Masters again.

I went really well. Gabbe snaked out the tub in no time at all and now it is running really well.

Did whatever was necessary to keep our toilet from running constantly. Gabriel was very helpful in his explanation and very professional. We are so pleased that we don't have to keep checking the toilet.

Johnny takes pride in his work and it shows. He made sure everything was in working order. He cleaned up after he finished his work. He also gave me a list of items and the prices for future needs.

My daughter had been bugging me to get her shower drain cleaned for 2 months, I kept putting it off because I dreaded the price and having to fit a plumber in my schedule. I bought the angie's list big deal. Much to my surprise, they called right away to schedule it and even worked Saturdays. That alone was more than I expected!!! They set a time and called twice on service date to give an eta. The tech arrived on time and was in and out in 15 minutes. He was very professional and nice. I asked my daughter the next day how the shower drain worked, and I quote she said "amazing". I would not hesitate to use this co. again. THANK YOU so much.

The technician was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He was easy to speak to and explained the cause of the issues we were experiencing. Then gave us a couple of options (fix vs replace) and provided a quote and a time to call. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Better than I expected, extremely professional, patient easy to talk with and the workmanship was excellent. Has experience and used his experience. It was very nice to have a professional do a professional job.

No one ever showed up. Even though they called and told us someone would be at our home in 30 minutes. A very poor way to do business. I'm wondering if we got lousy (or should I say NO service) because we bought one of their specials. Very sad way to run a business. I'm hoping they come through tomorrow.

We loved the experience with Mark and his team. They called us within 1 day of our deal purchase, and came out that afternoon for the inspection. My husband and I discussed the costs and repairs during my lunch break, and by late afternoon they came back to the house to take care of all of the repairs. They arrived on time, were courteous, professional, knowledgeable and were patient and friendly in answering all of our questions. They gave us updates as they made progress, and then walked us through all of their work before we paid for their services. The quote was spot on, and there were no surprise charges. They were wonderful and patient with our curious toddler, which I really appreciate. I love the convenient stickers and fridge magnet they left us with, too!
