Description of Work: I had recently bought a villa in Rio Verde, AZ and found out the exhaust fan under the over range microwave did not work. I asked my house sitter for an appliance repairman. He did not know of any but obtained three firms from someone else; one on the list was in Rio Verde at that very moment, only a few blocks away. I called him and he arrived in just a few minutes, took just another few minutes to take the cover off the exhaust fan and tell me it was "fryed" and not worth repairing. He then wrote up a service call bill for $60. I handed him $60 cash and said $30 would be more appropriate since he was in the neighborhood. He said OK and walked out to his truck with my $60 and a big smile on his face.

Description of Work: I went through home warranty company and after a month still do not have a microwave that works. D&G came out twice and never fixed the microwave just claimed they did. I spent $700/year for home warranty and $75 for service visit.
