Installed shades a year ago and nothing but problems. They have come back months later at a time to touch up things and my main shade still does not operate correctly. It is now separating from the wall which I sent photos to DJ, the owner only to get no response and now it almost falling off and inoperable! I HAVE SENT MANY EMAILS AND left many PHONE CALLS ONLY TO BE DELAYED WITH EXCUSES AND DELAYS BLAMING SOMETHING ELSE and not them. I thought these were good people only to realize they are not what they display to be. I have used multiple contractors on my home in Scottsdale and these are, by far, the worst. I DO NOT recommend them.

The team that arrived to install a sliding screen door worked diligently and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. I certainly would recommend them to you as I found them trustworthy and professional in what they had done.

The only issue I had is when the installer came I asked him to measure my patio screen door as I wanted it replaced. He took the measurements and said the office would get back with me on the price. I have not heard from anyone!?

Very pleased with the brown 80 screen. It gives some privacy during the daytime, while still giving good visibility from the inside. The effect is reversed at night when the patio light is on. Neighbors can see if anyone is on my patio.

replaced 21 screens and frames. 11 of them do not fit the windows there gaps on the top ond bottom. the frames do not fit in tracks of the window. severel frames are warped. there not enough clips on the half moon windows to hold the screen still when the wind blows. one window was measured wrong several inches to short they put it on anyway . the sun screen for patio was not secured down. showed up around 9 and was through in an hour. Don came out the next morning reviewd the situation. responded that my windows are at fault that there screens dont fit them. My complaints will be shared with his son. I have not heard from them since wednesday the 8th. They are guick in cashing the check. i can see why. Don commented that my old screens were not put on right. That there installment of there screens will be a huge improvement. The screens are a huge disapointment. Please proceed with caution when hiering them for your windows.

Very easy people to deal with, fair prices and quick professional work.

I have not had the work done yet, but was impressed with their Salesperson Don that came out he was very polite and did not pressure me to buy anything. He gave me options and although I did not want to spend the amount I did for a patio screen door, I am sure I will be happy with the one I ordered. I am also going to talk with them after the first of the year to get a price on a Security screen for my front door, which I have been wanting for years.
