Description of Work: I have not actually had the termite service yet, but was satisfied with the process for the estimate. It was very thorough and all questions were answered. The service will be performed in about two weeks. My only complaint at this time is that today I see a different company has an ad for service using the same termite control product for about one-half what my service will be. It makes me consider changing companies; or at least call for an interview.

They always contact us before they come in, and the do extra things that might help from insects come in to the house, like recently there was alike a little bit of a hole at the bottom of our house formation which we couldn't see, but they just checked that thing and had it filled, and I liked that too and they are all around looking for bugs. Their pricing is comfortable compared to the other company we had before them. Their responsive is great. They don't give it time they just say they'll be there the following day and they are always there the day they say they are going to be. Their professionalism is really good.
Description of Work: I use Orkin Pest Control for pest control services. They checked for ants, and they also spray around the house periodically.

 + -1 moreI think it's $87 for a bi-monthly visit. I've had them for about four or five years and they seem fine. They generally respond when I call them if I notice a problem. They're good. They're fine and I don't know about their price because I haven't really compared it. I will use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I use Orkin Pest Control regularly for pest control. I last used their services yesterday. They spray for bugs. They spray inside and outside wherever it's necessary. They do not do any termite control. They come out every two or three months or so, and it's not a bi-visit.
