Exceptionally talented technicians. I find that I'm informed in detail about issues as they are addressed; the technician acts as a teacher and I'm a student. This way I learn how to manage daily computer issues on my own. I learn something every single time.

Fabulous. I learn so much from him. I'm getting better at trouble-shooting my own issues I'd noticed my computer was running and loading software really slowly and I'd had a suspicious e-mail come through that my internet protection software caught (software recommended by this company). and my some of my Windows 7 programs were not responding a lot. So Joran Stegner use remote access to updated all of my protection software, clear up glitches, compact files, and generally clean my 'computer' house. I found out that none of my critical updates from Windows had installed and additionally my auto backout wasn't working. He fixed everything beautifully. My computer is again running well and is doing everything faster and more efficiently.
