From beginning to end, everything went perfect.

I developed a crack in my granite along my sink edge and the options were replacing that segment of granite or repair. I was fortunate in finding Mirage Marble and Granite on Angie’s List. They had rave reviews from every customer. I called BJ the owner and he promptly scheduled an appointment to come and look at it and give me an estimate. On arrival, he told me that the L-shaped segment of granite which included the sink would have to be replaced. He also gave me the option of a repair and recommended someone who could do it. I opted out of repair since I had not been impressed with what I had read on line about it. He then expertly took measurements which I discovered at install were very accurate despite the short time it took him to make them. He gave me a very reasonable install date. He wrote me an invoice, which included a possible repair of the first layer of the backsplash if needed, but assured me that they would try to keep the backsplash intact and if they did that would not be included in the final invoice. On the install date his crew arrived within the window of time he had given me. They very efficiently accomplished the install of the granite and new sink. The slab along the backsplash was removed without any damage to the small tiles used in the backsplash! The end result was a beautifully finished new segment of granite that could not be distinguished from the rest. I was very impressed by BJ’s professionalism and perfectionistic approach to his craft, which was also reflected in his work team's approach. The price paid was very competitive with other quotes. I was surprised and overwhelmed when they also left we a beautifully crafted cutting board to match my granite. I would highly recommend Mirage Marble and Granite for installation of Granite Countertops. They do a class job.

This review has been a long time coming! With all the work we've been doing on our home remodel, I had not had a chance to properly review until now. We decided to do much of our home remodel ourselves, but when it came to some of the bigger items like floors and countertops, we knew it was best left to the professionals. I cannot say enough about BJ and his team! They were so easy and great to work with. Honest, transparent, punctual, responsive, professional. They did a beautiful job on our kitchen countertops! We absolutely love how everything turned out. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again in the future! Thank you BJ!

The hardest part of the project was picking out the granite for the countertops. BJ from Mirage Marble and Granite made the project easy from start to finish. We were slow in picking out the granite (6 months basically) so BJ came out twice to measure and quote the project and give us an estimate of a timeline. Granite is priced by the square foot depending on quality and availability and the one we picked was reasonably priced at BJs price of less than $1,700 for the 2 slabs that was required for our project. Mirage's cost for the countertop build and installation plus a plumber to hook up all of the plumbing involved was $3,500 as estimated.

These guys are great! They do wonderful work. Every employee is professional and customer service oriented. They were punctual and quickly fixed a measurement issue. They removed and replaced 5 separate countertop sections in about 3 hours. They cleaned as they worked and probably left the kitchen cleaner than it was when they arrived. The granite sections look great. I plan to use them for bathroom countertop replacement.

BEST IN CLASS!!! I want to write this review before I forget, because the valley needs to know EXACTLY where to go for the best service and installation of granite/ quartz/ marble counter tops. I've put off this project in my home for years- one, because I had a few estimates in the past and didn't feel comfortable, the other reason is sheer laziness. I finally decided to research on yelp/ other social media review sites for reviews of counter top installation companies around the area and came across Mirage. I called BJ, he called me back within a few hours and we setup a free estimate. I want to mention when BJ (or any of the crew) set a scheduled appointment, they are ALWAYS on time... if not earlier and will give a courtesy text that they are on their way. BJ came and performed the estimate, gave me a ZERO hassle price breakdown, laid out the pros/ cons of the type of material I wanted for my counter tops, and a location (Aracruz) to choose my slab. I was also offered a free undermount sink (which is gorgeous!) This was a completely different experience than I had with previous estimators, as every price they quoted for labor/ plumbing would "vary". The next 2 days, I went and chose my slab at Aracruz, and notified BJ. He promptly responded, came over to take measurements, I paid my deposit (price of the slab), and scheduled an install date. There was about a 3 week period from the time of the estimate to install, and BJ actually requested to come take a few more measurements to be accurate. In this scenario, other companies would have just guessed, but BJ wanted to ensure everything was perfect. I literally had my counter tops installed a few hours ago, and Daniel and Sergio completed about 30 minutes ago. Again, they showed up right on time (very punctual), were polite, efficient, QUICK (~2 hours total), cleaned up any mess, answered any questions I had- and were extremely friendly. I was also gifted a beautiful matching quartz cutting board- LOVE IT! I cannot express how great my experience was with Mirage, start to finish... it was a completely painless process! I will be referring this company to all my friends/ family, and will use this company moving forward with any counter top renovation needs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Everything went perfect from estimate through installation. Couldn't be happier. So glad I found them.

Mirage granite was EXCELLENT from the original estimate through job completion. Much less in price than 2 other companies but work was exceptional. Explained options available and difference between granite thicknesses. Also purchased granite kitchen sink and 2 bathroom sinks from them at very reasonable prices. They also installed our backsplash.

BJ and his crew were fabulous. We started out with just kitchen countertops, but BJ was able to steer us to the manufacturer of our Quartz and save us money from where we were original purchasing. They were installed on time and on budget. They were no extra charges for picking up the material or hauling away all the old countertops, either. We were also in the process of a bathroom remodel. I asked BJ to quote ripping out the old shower and replacing all the tile. He gave a very competitive quote and we went with it. They did a great job!! They showed up on time and finished on schedule. They were great about working around me when I needed to leave early, too. We actually did all the bathroom countertops as well. We can't say enough great things about this company. I totally recommend them.

After interviewing four separate companies, we ultimately decided to go with Mirage Marble & Granite based on a combination of perceived quality, value, and professionalism. From the get-go we were extremely pleased with the attentive nature of Bujor (BJ). We are the type of client who asks lots of questions throughout the process and BJ was 1) promptly available and 2) helpful/effective with every response. The removal of our existing granite was particularly difficult as it was improperly installed. An example of this being that the cooktop was glued to the granite. Chip, Sergio and Greg worked extremely well as a team to determine the best plan of attack - being that they didn’t want to damage the cooktop – and kept me in the loop the whole time. The installation was also tricky being that we had changed from 2cm to 3cm granite and wanted to keep the original backsplash. The crew did a wonderful job fitting the new granite into the existing space and making it look great. We are extremely pleased with the quality of workmanship the whole crew of Mirage Marble & Granite put into our home and highly recommend this company!

Excellent job! However, did not think the plumber was fair or honest.

B.J. and his team did a great job. We wanted a countertop with no seam and B.J. was the only contractor that agreed to do it. It turned out beautifully. They removed the old countertop and hauled it away. They installed the new counters in just a few hours and did a very professional job. They even cleaned up their mess when they were finished. Considering how much work was involved, they are priced very reasonably. I highly recommend Mirage Marble & Granite.

It went amazingly well. I can't express how happy I am with working with Bujor and his team. They are extremely punctual, professional and provide detailed information. I have to admit, once I reviewed their reviews, I did not consider any other company. I know that's a risk, but I have absolutely no regrets. I plan on a master bath remodel later this year, and will definitely and only use Mirage ..... no questions asked! I've already referred them to several friends! Also, I included plumbing in my contract, and the plumber was on-time, thorough and very reasonable. There were two parts that I was aware of that I would need to pay for, and his price was incredibly reasonable. Before and After pics attached.

He came out and repaired it, and He showed me how to do it. He said if you ever have another chip you don't have to call me anymore, just do it. I liked that. I hope I will never have to fix it again. He was showing me how to do it while he was doing it and I said gosh that's so easy isn't it. And he said yea it's really easy. All you have to do is take your time. You build up your chip or whatever you have a little at a time. When you get it all done you can sand it down a little bit with very fine sandpaper and it works fine. I was actually amazed because I was a little bit concerned that we couldn't fix it. But it worked out great. The stuff they used I was very familiar with, the epoxy materials that he was using. I thought if I had known that I would never have called him. I know how to do it now. I didn't know how they fixed it, but after he showed me what he was using I said Christ I could have done that. He said yeah you could have but now I am going to show you how I do it so you understand exactly how to do it properly. And I said that's good. Then he showed me and I said I would have done what you just done. But I said I was glad he showed me because now I know exactly what to do. I don't have any problem I know what to buy and materials to buy. I said that's great, this is easy. He was very good. he came out on schedule. He called me and told me when he was coming. He was the only one guy that was doing this kind of work for the company. He told me the times he was available and I picked one of them. He came out, was here on time, got the job done, and left. He did a great job. I can't complain. I thought the price was a little bit high. It was perfect. You can't even tell it's been repaired. He had to come through our security gates, but he was here on time. I don't deal with people are not "A"s. He was very professional. He was a really great guy. I really appreciated some of the things he told me.

I had a Under mount Stainless sink that was delaminating. The original contractor who built the house did a crappy install. I called BJ and emailed them pictures. He said that he would drop the sink clean it up and put it back in so it would never come off. He did exactly that. He came within 2 days and left the place spotless. He did a great job. Not many Tile guys will touch this type of repair. Greta Job!
