Minor To Major Cleaning

We've been using this company for a year and a half and love them. Not only do they do a good job, but they are on time and keep their commitments. On the odd occasion when we or they needed to reschedule, it happened seamlessly. If you're looking for folks who can do an excellent cleaning job for you as well as being reliable, these are the people to turn to!

I have been using Minor to Major Cleaning for over 7 years now, and am very pleased with their services. All crew members have been professional, friendly, thorough, respectful, and fun. Yes, fun! They truly seem to enjoy their work, and take pride in the job they do. Juanita has even called ahead to ask if she could bring extra crew to pay closer attention to my baseboards and shutters. That is thorough! They are also very flexible and work with me and my crazy summer schedule. I highly recommend them.

Poor quality, over priced, unprofessional, and broke my stuff! Hired this company to do a move in/out deep clean. Some items needed a lot of attention (frig, oven, cabinets) but many areas didn't require much if anything (bedrooms, bathrooms) due to a recent remodel with new paint, carpet, tile, tubs, etc., and there was no furniture or stuff to work around. The price was just under $300 (supposedly discounted from $350) for 1000sqft and the work was subpar at best. There were dirt smears left in many areas, water spots (and dirt smears) on my wood floors, the kitchen counters feel dirty to the touch, and the kitchen sink doesn't look like it was cleaned at all. The worst part is the lady broke the milk compartment on my refrigerator door. It looks like she had a hard time with it when cleaning, was overly aggressive with it, and broke the hinge and the door (trying to force it in, then dropping it). The lady didn't say anything about it until I complained. Then she blamed part of the damage on my frig having brittle parts and denied half of the damage saying it was already like that when she got there (it wouldn't even make sense for the 2 parts to be broken at different times). The company offered to EITHER discount my cleaning OR come back to redo the cleaning that wasn't done properly, but not both. I never even got an apology for my broken frig, which I had to replace entirely because the parts are no longer available, and I still need to finish the cleaning! I understand mistakes happen, but own up to them, apologize, and try to make it right. Terrible customer service, terrible cleaning, terrible company.

The company spent over 5 hours cleaning my home and it was spotlight when they were done! Dawn Molli and Tommi get 5 stars they were great!

Juanita responded quickly after my initial request for a quote through AL, and provided a fair quote for services. She kept in contact with me leading up to the day of service and was able to accommodate my schedule, as I had a short window in which to have the job completed. On the day of service, she and Dawn showed up on time and they proceeded to do a fantastic job cleaning the house top to bottom. They were very friendly and professional, and I would recommend them!

The cleaning crew from Minor to Major cleaned the house thoroughly and made it sparkle for real estate showings. People who had seen it during the Estate Sale couldn't believe how clean it was and how good it looked. We sold it 1.5 days after cleaning thanks to the excellent job done by the cleaners. I have since given their card to many in my real estate office and will definitely use them again.

Cleaned from floor board to ceiling fans. Did a excellent job. No complaints what so ever. Did not have to go behind her to touch up. Was very good with the dogs. The price is very fair, got more than the price. Will be having them clean again for sure.

It went well, They cleaned everything from top to bottom. They are really friendly I appreciate them they helped me a lot. They are pet friendly as well.

The two ladies worked very hard and did a very good job. Prior to cleaning, they quoted a very reasonable price and emailed a list of all services that would be performed. They did a very good job.
