+ -1 moreMike is one of those few people who actually answers his phone & does what he says. He is friendly, helpful, & reliable, which I found was a priceless & oh-so-rare combination in AZ. Yet his prices were reasonable. He did the job well & fast. I know he also digs footings for foundation, but unfortunately wasn't able to prepare the pad for the house, which was too bad because I would have liked to hire him for that too! All these qualities were really important to us because we weren't able to supervise his work- we had an assistant take pictures- & we are very inexperienced & set all this up from out of state! He doesn't do email but answers his phone consistently.
Description of Work: Mike performed a lot clean up on 1/3 acre before construction. The lot was a mess before he started.
