+ 0 moreWe shopped around for a washer and dryer and found that Lowes had pretty good prices. I liked that the people working there seemed very low pressure. We didn't feel like we were being pushed into buying something-they just answered our questions. The purchase, delivery and installation were all handled professionally.
Description of Work: We purchased a new washer and dryer which they delivered and installed.

+ -1 moreIt was a nightmare. I had to reorder the door because they ordered the wrong door. I was not happy about the whole experience and will never go there again. They also referred me to the contractor who installed the door.

+ -1 morePoor communication, poor measurement, take all money up front and never offer to give discount due to there errors.
Description of Work: Legacy Blinds, sub-contractor suppose to install one set of blinds and one of shutters, got wrong size on shutters and blinds after 5 months still waiting for them to get it right. Also never ordered shutters for third window, went to different company finaly.

+ -1 morePoor, missed measured tile, had to reorder, walked out with 2/3 done and we wait for 2-3 weeks for more tile before job can continue. Rarely call you back. Use Ceasars sub-contractor. Show up 4 hours late.

+ 0 moreTHEY WERE THE MOST COMPETITIVE OUT OF TEN DIFFERENT BIDS I OBTAINED. THEIR PRICES INCLUDED THE STONE AND INSTALLATION LEAVING NO QUESTIONS OR HIDDEN COSTS. THE WERE INSTALLED ON TIME, AND THEY CLEANED UP THEIR MESS. THE WORKMANSHIP WAS AWESOME. THEY ALSO DID A FOLLOW-UP, WHICH IS AN IMPORTANT FACTOR TO ME.
Description of Work: GRANITE COUNTERTOPS WERE INSTALLED IN MY GOURMET KITCHEN AROUND STOVE COUNTER TOP, AND SINK AREA (ALL COUNTER TOPS IN THE KITCHEN WERE REPLACED.)
