We complained to the sales manager and general manager. General manager said she would "get it handled", but did nothing else that we are aware of. Sales manager blamed us for miscommunication, and would not pay us the difference. Offered instead to unwind the deal and force us to go somewhere else and start process all over.
Description of Work: Internet manager agreed verbally to pay a certain price for my vehicle before we took the vehicle in to the dealer. We also sent texts and e-mails to confirm the price. When we got there, Liberty ignored the text and emails and said we had agreed to a lower price.
