Look no more: You have found a triple licensed (general, electrical and plumbing) builder who keeps on budget, has great aesthetic taste, is creative and keeps to his schedule AND he sends in a professional cleaning crew at the end of the job! What contractor does THAT? We have already hired him for two more jobs, one at our 2nd home in Sedona and for a remodel of a condo our son just bought. Vicente and his crew are very concerned about keeping the premises clean during the construction which means a lot to us because we are living in part of the house all of his workers are very pleasant and understanding to our needs I would recommend Vicente’s Business to any of my friends and I have done so and he has picked up work from that all of which were Very happy with his work Vicente he’s attention to detail things that you may not even think about which makes me happy he is doing a great job

This company does quality work. They care about the results and the owner make sure at the end of the day the customer is happy. We had an emergency situation that needed urgent repairs and they were able to act quickly and complete the job.

I am a very interesting client because of my background in interior design. After we purchased the home his team worked a miracle on my home that was built in 1936. His team was nice, polite, and diligent workers.

Right off the bat what you notice is Vicente the GC is very customer service oriented . I’ve never had this level of customer service presented with any previous GC I’ve worked with. He listens very well to every detail of what you need accomplished and is very patient and understanding. He wants to make sure the job gets done 100% to your satisfaction. I am very glad I found him here on Angie’s List and will be using him in all my future remodels. I would highly recommend using Vicente for any project you may have , large or small, as he has an outstanding crew of talented individuals to get the job done on short notice! Lastly his rates are very reasonable, his estimate to do my job was very competitive and most importantly passed all city inspections first time and without any issues. I highly recommend using this company!!

Vicente and his team were fantastic. I wasn't sure about my project and he listened to several different ideas and gave me pricing for each. He carefully listened to what my end goal was and worked hard to make sure that was completed. I will use Lean Developers Corp in the future for any other projects I may need assistance with.

Vicente was able to pick up where I ran out of time in my master suite remodel and complete it to my intended design. We ended up having him complete more after the master suite. That additional work included, but is not limited to, the remodel of our other bathroom, tile the upstairs hallway to match the master (herringbone pattern) as well as the bathroom and laundry room, paint the entire interior of the house after repairing/finishing drywall, epoxy coat the garage and patio floors, and replace leaking faucets and valves outside. Vicente has become one of the select few that I would call for assistance with any projects I have around our house that I don't have time to tackle.
