we called and made an appointment for this service. We were met promptly for the service appointment. The location of the company is off the beaten path and there doesn't seem to be much room for service to be done. The service man actually did our service on the road outside the fence. Overall they did a fine job and we will use them again in the future.

We purchased a used 1998 Jayco Designer Coach in May 2013. This was our first time owning a fifth-wheel. We purchased it to live in while we remodeled our home. We had issues with electrical and we needed a second air conditioner. Since we had it all set up on the property, we did not want to take it to a dealership to have it serviced, so we went on the hunt for a mobile RV repair company that serviced North Peoria. Let me tell you we scoured the Internet and the ONLY one we could find was KISS RV. We were a bit skeptical of a mobile RV service, but we thought we'd take a chance. So we called KISS and talked with the owner who sent Steve out to take a look at the problems we were having. WOW! Were we ever impressed. Steve took the time to show us everything we needed to know about operating the coach, from emptying the gray and black water tanks to batteries and everything in between. It was like taking a course in RV operation and care. He was marvelous! He made the initial necessary repairs at that time. We told Steve that we wanted to install a second air conditioner to the unit, but that the dealership we called said because it was only a 50 amp. coach, and that it couldn't handle a second air conditioner. Steve said we could easily add a second air conditioner and explained how it could be done. We were thrilled. So we placed an order for an air conditioner with KISS RV and learned that he could also order and replace our awning--another plus for us. Once the air conditioner came in, Steve came back to install it and when the awning arrived, he came back to install this as well. Can I just say the second air conditioner was HUGELY appreciated. Steve gave us all sorts of tricks and tips for caring for our fifth-wheel RV. We could not be happier with the EXCELLENT customer service he (KISS RV) provided. The price for all the work they did was more than reasonable--especially when you consider it was hassle free. The lessons Steve gave on the unit itself were priceless. We would recommend KISS RV to anyone looking to have their RV serviced on-site. This company can literally do anything a dealership can do!!! We are were extraordinarily pleased with Steve and KISS RV! Thanks Steve and KISS RV for a job well done!
