 + -1 moreI have used JV Mechanical - now doing business as AZ Central Air, Inc. - for approximately 5 years and I could not be more pleased with thoroughness, responsiveness and just always making sure that I get what I need. Last year Jayson and a worker installed a new air conditioner for me. He called me the day before to verify the time that they would be there, and they were both there on time as well as the delivery of the air conditioning system. He stayed until he was satisfied that everything was in perfect working order. Approximate cost $4,000. I called him again when I had some water seep into the hall bathroom. He was at my door within 30 minutes of my calling him (on a weekend) and discovered one of my existing air conditioning lines had a clog (insects laying eggs). He flushed out the line and everything was fine. No charge for that service. I do have a warranty for labor and parts with the new air conditioner so that may have been the reason. My last call to him was Tuesday, March 26 to ask him to come and do a maintenance check. He did say that that particular week was very busy but he would get back to me at the end of the week. He called me Friday, March 29th and asked if Monday, April 1st would work for me. He did show up about 10 minutes early for the appointment and did a great job in being thorough in checking the unit and also gave me some helpful pointers about filters.
