 + -1 moreI wanted to sign up for pool service but Joe declined to service our pool because it was a rental property. Which is fine. The annoying thing was that I told him it was a rental property on the very first phone call, before he went out there. So it took almost a week to find out that he didn't want to do the service, and he didn't call me to let me know, I had to follow up with him the following Monday to see what was up. He could have just told me up front that he didn't do rentals. On the positive side at $80/month he was cheaper than the other places that I spoke with, who were in the $85-125 range.

 + -1 moreExtremely happy with services. Called him and he came as quickly as he could. He was very professional and knowledgable about pools and was able to diagnose our problem immediately. We are very happy and will call him with any issues that come up with our pool.
