Horizon Carpet & Tile Cleaning

There was some residual rust and staining that could not be removed, but the work done was very thorough and the floors looked very good! I was impressed and completely happy with the results.

Carpet was left soaking wet in several places, stains were still bad although some came out when I used a simple spray bottle. Charged extremely high price to add tile cleaning for much smaller areas, but some tile was obviously not cleaned at all. No follow-up call to explain what difficulties they may have had to do the job they were paid to do.

We have 5 animals....5. When we moved and were ready to sell our home, carpet cleaning was on the MUST do list. I called Horizon to come in and clean carpets and stone floor. I had 1 room that needed a corner of the carpet re-tacked down and to my surprise, they had all the tools to do just that! Awesome! These guys do quality work and go above and beyond. I would recommend to anyone!

They did well, a portion of the most traveled area still looked a little soiled, and they came out within a couple days (of being notified) and cleaned that area again. It looks substantially better!!

I needed to have 1 room and two rugs cleaned so I phoned Horizon on Tuesday 8/15 at around 11am to schedule an appointment. Spoke with someone named Bob who gave me a quote and an appointment was made for Thursday 8/17 for the time frame of 12pm to 1pm. He said they would call when they were on the way. Thursday came and I returned home around 11am to move some furniture and prepare for the arrival of the cleaners. Waited at the house most of the afternoon and never received a call, nobody showed up. NOTHING! Horizon wasted my time and couldn't even be bothered to call and tell me they were too busy to do my job. I can't say enough bad things about them. They will probably deny the appointment was ever made but I do have my cell phones records of the call to verify it happened.

Excellent. Tech knowledgeable about carpet, fiber and did an excellent job of stretching the carpet in places as needed. Unable to use steam as we are in an apartment style condo and cannot accommodate the truck. Portable unit with hot water was our choice. We are very happy with the care, attention and responsiveness of this company. It costs a fraction more for the very best service we have had and well worth it.

Steam cleaning got the stains out that other cleaners could not, very happy!

My rental properties and have had all kinds of stains. Have used several companies. Horizon is the best! There have been many times that I thought the carpet needed to be replaced. Not only did Horizon make it look good, in most cases they made it look like new! Horizon works at each individual stain with different methods till the stain is gone. Many companies just go over the carpet once and say thats the best they can do. Not Horizon, they will go over and over till the stains are gone!
